takes 3 minutes to create a 5 second video just to fail, you get nothing and still lose to stupid point things they use, content sucks because no one really deals with how horrible the app is. cant even do anything while its generating image or video besides scroll through the same basic images as the front page but be careful because to check on your image generation you have to scroll up all the way without a slider....you scroll far in 3 minutes

Earlier subscribed and have quite a lot of leftover tokens so I tried to generate a video with a photo to finish using the tokens. When I submit the generation job, the app said that I need to wait 2 hours ! It also suggested me to subscribe to some fast track thing. Felt cheated so I decided to wait for 2 hours. almost 2.5 hours now and I'm still at 36% generation. This is a total ripoff !

Kling is absolutely the best AI video generator, especially since 2.1 came out. The app is good, giving a very effective way to access the service. There are some layout issues with a few controls that interfere with the bottom bar on Android and a few other minor bits that inhibit certain features. Overall it's great. If you want to generate the best AI videos, you came to the right place.

Useless app. I can't use the free credits at all because apparently its never the time for free users as its always full according the bogus message I have received repeatedly after several attempts at various time intervals. I refuse to pay outright to use something that is potentially not worth it.

Gone from good to bad. It doesn't adhere to prompts anymore with the image-to-video option. Does whatever it likes, especially the 2.1 version. You instruct it to follow a character as she walks forward, the result comes out with the character walking backwards. Most times she's walking and turning around when you didn't instruct it to turn her around. If the character is a plus-size, the bot will shrink her for you. It now takes up to 4 trials to get a good result, as if the credit is cheap.

Scam. Waste of time. can't do nothing unless you pay! the wait time for me started at 6 mins to generate a pic edit, went to 3 mins, jumped back to 6 mins, then down to 30 seconds and stayed there 10 mins!! damn thing can't count. It just wants you to "upgrade" to fast track it. No. I want to see what it can do. Gave up after 20mins. Don't waste your time like I did. Just another scam app.

at first, all credits could be used, and the queue was sometimes only 30 minutes. But now free users can't make videos anymore because the system is busy for free users and they have to subscribe. Even though I still have the remaining credits I bought. It's very disappointing that this type of application forces a subscription. It would have been better if it had been stated from the start that this application was paid, so that free users wouldn't be disappointed by the excuse that the system

Can't use says que is busy, howcan it be a trial if I can't use it. Fix for better review. update: Video Quality is good, very good however some general issues, like poltergeist head turning, and sometimes difficultly following prompt. Otherwise will get it right. Some interface navigation can be a bit confusing, otherwise solid.

I paid the amount for 600 credits, yet the amount has never been credited to my account. Despite repeated attempts, there has been no response from your technical team. This level of negligence is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your service. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will be forced to reconsider my trust in your platform. untrustworthy!! 😏😏

I consider one of the best apps out there, but how can I generate images if it just DOESN'T LET ME? It's frustrating, EVERY DAMN TIME I try to generate something is says the "queue for the free plan is full", and it's not sometimes, it's EVERY TIME!!! I have credits and I just want to generate a single image but I try it in the morning,in the afternoon and at night but it simply doesn't let me do it. At least you could solve this instead of forcing everyone to pay.

Kling is a great Ai generator tool and probably one of the best out (as of this writing). Kling is also VERY aggravating. It's a static system (meaning not a learning Ai). You will spend hundreds, to thousands, or credits some days trying to get something done. Other days, your first prompt will be great. I don't agree that the pricing on the app is higher than on PC. PC gets 12% off (for pro plans) while the app get 0 off for pro plan and topping up on credits. The lip sync generator is ok.

What is it with u AI apps wanting us to pay for service that I've never used before. How about you give a free trial without requiring credit cards and let us just deal with ads it's really annoying. I don't want to purchase until I first try out your application to see if I even like it. Couldn't even try it without you guys requiring payment. I prefer to know and try out something before buying it. As fast as I installed this, is as as fast as I uninstalled it..

it was perfect before I subscribed to membership. once I subscribed, non of my prompts worked. I tweaked the same videos several times wasting my points, and the image to video did not move my images of change them to video. it did absolutely nothing. I added an extra $10 after paying for membership because I thought it was me. but no matter what I've done, nothing worked. in total I wasted $30 on this app. I will likey money back!

Unfortunately didn't work out for me. Other users videos and pictures in the app were very interesting and cool to look at. I prompted it to give me cute aliens and got grotesque, creepy looking aliens. Didn't want that video, just deleted it. I did image to video and it did not do anything I asked, and the eyes looked like they were melting. By the 3rd try, app wants $11 per month for 660 credits. Which is reasonable, if it generates good content. But didn't for me. Gave up and uninstalled.

You guys were perfect. before I was just using the browser version and everything was perfect. since you forced everyone to use the app my clips have been awful. it's not animating the picture!!! it's creating it's own video using elements. it's an awful idea. Elements is not working right. not following prompts and wasting my money. fix it please!

This should be the nail in their coffin. They lock you into a membership that auto withdraws. If you have credits but no membership, then you can't use the credits up. The free credits to get you hooked , give you good results, but once I committed to a membership the problems started. very long processing and no motion, despite telling it to add movement. If you report it, it neither gets addressed nor credited. It's a shame , because it did work well for a few pictures.

The app is an absolute favourite of mine when it comes to AI. The video quality and results are amazing, and I just love Kling AI. However, when I’m trying to generate a video, it keeps saying that the free queue is busy and it suggests the premium plans. I keep waiting but the free queue is always busy, please fix it. Otherwise, it is an amazing app, probably one of the best AI generators out there. Thank you.

Terrible chinese owned app. The daily free credits they give you, you can not use as a prompt pops up to tell you that the system is too busy for non-subscription members. You literally can't do anything unless you pay. So you have to subscribe just to see if it suits your needs. There is an option to buy credits as a non-subscription member but dont, because you'll most likely be scammed and Google doesn't care. The tutorials page is in chinese with no translation. How ironic for an Ai app.

if you can't afford to pay for the subscription, good luck. 2 to 3 hour waits for a 5 second clip. I bought extra credits because the average wait times were small, now they are all over an hour sometimes 2 and 3 hours. Video quality, when they finally do get through is decent enough, but there is no guarantee that the "fast track" offered by the subscription will be less than an hour at this point. I've been trying other apps and have found several that have far less wait times with good result

5 ⭐ for the photo or text to video aspect. 1 ⭐ because it's too expensive for casual use. I think it was $20 for 660 credits. I did one picture with some text description, it cost me 20 credits. The result wasn't what I'd really like, so you have to do reiterative productions over and over. You could easily spend a hundred credits just on a one photo item. do three or four photos at a time, pay more credits. like 35 or 40 and up. not worth it.
