takes 3 minutes to create a 5 second video just to fail, you get nothing and still lose to stupid point things they use, content sucks because no one really deals with how horrible the app is. cant even do anything while its generating image or video besides scroll through the same basic images as the front page but be careful because to check on your image generation you have to scroll up all the way without a slider....you scroll far in 3 minutes

Earlier subscribed and have quite a lot of leftover tokens so I tried to generate a video with a photo to finish using the tokens. When I submit the generation job, the app said that I need to wait 2 hours ! It also suggested me to subscribe to some fast track thing. Felt cheated so I decided to wait for 2 hours. almost 2.5 hours now and I'm still at 36% generation. This is a total ripoff !

Kling is absolutely the best AI video generator, especially since 2.1 came out. The app is good, giving a very effective way to access the service. There are some layout issues with a few controls that interfere with the bottom bar on Android and a few other minor bits that inhibit certain features. Overall it's great. If you want to generate the best AI videos, you came to the right place.

Useless app. I can't use the free credits at all because apparently its never the time for free users as its always full according the bogus message I have received repeatedly after several attempts at various time intervals. I refuse to pay outright to use something that is potentially not worth it.

Gone from good to bad. It doesn't adhere to prompts anymore with the image-to-video option. Does whatever it likes, especially the 2.1 version. You instruct it to follow a character as she walks forward, the result comes out with the character walking backwards. Most times she's walking and turning around when you didn't instruct it to turn her around. If the character is a plus-size, the bot will shrink her for you. It now takes up to 4 trials to get a good result, as if the credit is cheap.

Scam. Waste of time. can't do nothing unless you pay! the wait time for me started at 6 mins to generate a pic edit, went to 3 mins, jumped back to 6 mins, then down to 30 seconds and stayed there 10 mins!! damn thing can't count. It just wants you to "upgrade" to fast track it. No. I want to see what it can do. Gave up after 20mins. Don't waste your time like I did. Just another scam app.

at first, all credits could be used, and the queue was sometimes only 30 minutes. But now free users can't make videos anymore because the system is busy for free users and they have to subscribe. Even though I still have the remaining credits I bought. It's very disappointing that this type of application forces a subscription. It would have been better if it had been stated from the start that this application was paid, so that free users wouldn't be disappointed by the excuse that the system

Can't use says que is busy, howcan it be a trial if I can't use it. Fix for better review. update: Video Quality is good, very good however some general issues, like poltergeist head turning, and sometimes difficultly following prompt. Otherwise will get it right. Some interface navigation can be a bit confusing, otherwise solid.

I paid the amount for 600 credits, yet the amount has never been credited to my account. Despite repeated attempts, there has been no response from your technical team. This level of negligence is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your service. I consider one of the best apps out there, but how can I generate images if it just DOESN'T LET ME? It's frustrating, EVERY DAMN TIME I try to generate something is says the "queue for the free plan is full", and it's not sometimes, it's EVERY TIME!!! I have credits and I just want to generate a single image but I try it in the morning,in the afternoon and at night but it simply doesn't let me do it. At least you could solve this instead of forcing everyone to pay.
