worst customer service possible! they actually don't have customer service so that's an understatement. I have an error in my app that says contact customer support. When you try to do just that, it takes 2-3 business days to get a response. then they responded after 9pm on a Friday night and closed the ticket after 2 hours of not getting a response from me. worst app I've dealt with in a long time!!!

It's a nice app to use if you are In a pench and need extra money but the one thing I hate is the god awful point system then do. to even reach let's say 7k points to get the most out of the cash advance you will need to complete stupid high lvls in games that may take over a week if you don't spend money on them or open a bank account with the many online banking services they advertise or pay like $50 - $150 depending on the item to get a lot of points.

my debit card was stolen and when I received a new card. I couldn't change my debit card on account. ive been jumping through hoops for almost two months now. I have no balance on account and I am still being charged monthly when ive asked multiple times to cancel. the customer response has been horrible! This is just becoming ridiculous and I am at the point i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This has been a terrible experience.

the app doesn't work anymore for me the past at least 2 weeks. as I said prior, it asks me to relink my bank & debit card, then as soon as I go to check, it's acting like there's issues & this has been countless times now. what did you do to the app? I've used it a couple years now & have never encountered this. I will be deleting my account in the next week if this isn't fixed since I can't use the app or get an advance. I definitely am not paying for something I can't even use. 0/5.

Twice in the past 2 months they've taken their full payment, full week later, their app still shows I haven't made a payment. Their money literally posted out of my account 6 days ago - the full amount. I've messaged their customer service twice about the current glitch, still hasn't been fixed. My rent is due today and I can't take a new loan to pay it. Get your loan somewhere else...some place that doesn't sell your info to other apps so you can "earn points" to get higher loan amounts.

This use to be my favorite go to app for extra emergency money . I've used it for almost two years and never had any major issues. But as of this week I'm very upset with the lack of customer service urgency they have. I've always repaid my advances and after my recent repayment They have blocked my access to my account. I've tried numerous times to contact agents, and sent emails and it's been almost three days since any replies. Super frustrating and not sure I'll continue to use this app!

The current advance structure has some limitations. In particular, the relatively small advance amounts, combined with the increasing point requirements, seem somewhat imbalanced. The need for 1500 points to obtain a $50 advance might not be ideal. This necessitates a considerable investment of time in surveys or game participation, which may not always result in the anticipated points. The time spent here could easily be applied elsewhere for more money without repayment requirements.

I don't know why so many people rate this app 5 stars. if you want to get a loan, you have to spend 30+ minutes to trade in all your information for data collection (watch 10 videos, get 100 points or which streaming services do you prefer and how often.) I find this app very suspicious and concerning. The higher the loan you WORK towards, the more personal information you have to give out, which is most likely sold to another company or advertising agency to cater to you more efficiently.

One of the worst money borrowing apps out there. they will continue to charge your account $4.99 even if your membership is inactive which they did for me. They won't let you delete your membership, I've tried relinking my card many times and it won't stick won't even verify. Customer support is horrendous, they either don't listen to you or offer things they can't do so you just leave them alone. Wow! The person that was helping me just decided to close the ticket. Did not help me at all!

I had previously given this service 2 stars. However, after talking to the support team and getting a better understanding, I can say this actually works. It is quick and easy and you can earn points to get additional funds. Quick note it does take a few days for your advance repayment to clear so you will see a $5 advance until that happens.. When the payment clears, you will see a higher advance amount Update: I changed my rating because of the lack of urgency from customer service.

"Do a bunch of our bloatware schemes to get more points!" *Does one to earn 1500 points...pays back in 2 weeks* "Oh yeah even though you redeemed the 1500 points for that 50$, its actually only unlocked for that single advance. Do a bunch more of our schemes to get more points!" Its kind of scummy to be honest. If I unlocked it, then I unlocked it. Making people get credit cards, bloat their phone with games, etc, is pretty a low quality business practice.

Great when you in a pinch. however please be careful. they suck you in with how easy and simple it is. they advance you the money, but the loan is based on "Klover points". Which you still have to payback the advance with real money. they dont even reward you for paying early or on time. Then in order to get another one you have to get more points by downloading all this extra bs. simply put, you are better off using another app, that simply works based off you actually paying them back.

I like Klover because it doesn't charge an extra fee for instant deposit to your account -- a benefit that comes with the subscription. You can leave a tip, or not. UPDATE: something's going on with the app, it keeps saying "Something went wrong" when I try to cash out the advance I'm qualified for. Same thing when I try to chat with support.🤷🏾‍♀️ UPDATE 2: It's been fixed, y'all. Thanks, tech support! Five-star rating restored.😊

Another update: The app goes through the motions and says it sends the money, however it doesn't. Going back into the app just looks like the transfer never happened. Completely broken. After relinking my account, go figure ... the original amount I was approved for is now way less. AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS. Even if it's not a scam, the broken app and support is too much of a risk to associate with your bank account.

After I repay this loan, I'm deleting all the info and never using it again. They don't tell you that they will take the money you owe without notice. They engage in malicious "accumulate points" tactics, which often times aren't even granted/rewarded. Takes up too much of your time. It's just a very untrustworthy application that, overall, seems like a waste of time. Don't waste your time with this app.

it's a lot for not so much pay out. I enjoy it but if I needed the money for food, I would starve. Feedback... In two months I've had one advance. In that time you've taken twice as much from me. it seems like in the long run, the only help is you helping yourself. The time it takes to accumulate any significant amount of coins would be fine if I could sit around on the phone all day. You would think with effort required, it would not require repayment.

used it a number of times. always paid back on time. Ive unlinked, linked my account several times but all of sudden cant borrow anymore. yall are quick to take the subscription money out. I send screenshot as to what it says but I'm told various things. you have to wait for your check to clear. okay it's been a week I've done been paid almost twice and my account has been linked for months. your help is a joke when no ones gives you the same answer. still having issues.

UPDATE, I understand their policies if you get paid monthly, but for those of you who do get paid weekly/ bi- weekly I just want to inform you if you need a quick advance this is not the app to go to. They work on a points system, so you either have to sign up/ purchase another app they're advertising.or play games to get points to get an advance, so if your looking to have to spend money or waste time playing games to get enough points just for an advance than that's what you'll get.

Easy to use, multiple ways to earn points, Amazon gift cards. A few things could use work, but for now, it's good. I'll update if anything changes! Edit 3: It's been working okay for a while. Hopefully, it stays that way. Unfortunately, they lost me on the removal of getting gift cards with your points.

I would try other insta cash apps first. was approved for up to $150. I borrowed $50 as I didn't want to borrow more then needed. I needed more but couldn't take any. they should let you know you only get one shot, as other apps will let you keep borrowing until you hit your limit. other thing I don't like, takes days to talk to customer service and only through email. you can chat with a bot that sends you random information.
