Well I can't even access the app, it told me to verify my email but yet the verification link is not even loading and it keeps saying the site cannot be reached so how am I to verify my account now🤦🏾‍♀️

The only reason I downloaded the app is to test my facial symmetry. This button (supposed to be on the symmetry page) is entirely missing. Please fix this bug and I'll happily change my review. Right now, I just feel completely ripped off.

Hi Koko, I'm your biggest fan from Pakistan. I had saggy skin and many issues with skin and face but by following your face yoga methods since more than 2 years now there is a visible difference in before and after pics, now my skin is younger looking, tighter, shinier, healthier and simply your prescribed exercises cut 10 years off from my face....As far as app is concerned just installed it and I'm hopeful it would be a good experience too, will definitely share later. The exercises are great for your face. We have allot of muscles we don't know about just in our face & neck alone. Helps on looking younger.

This app doesn't work! Even after the deduction of money for subscription it takes forever to open the locked exercises but never opens! Please refund my subscription for the year. Thanks 🙏🏼

The exercises simply won't load. Each time I open app, it tells me there is an update available and takes me back to play store where no update is available!

I can't get the "subscribe" button to do anything on either yearly or monthly subscription. Very frustrating. I just want to give you money but this app basically bricks my phone since I can't do anything without a subscription.

I keep getting an update message, but there is no new update. I can't find where to purchase a subscription. Where is the option to take a face pic to personalize my routine? This app is confusing.

$99 for annual subscription is a bit much for exercises already avilable for free. The app, I hoped, would make it more convenient to have access all ine place, but subscription price seems excessive.

Worst app I've ever downloaded 😒 Paid for a yearly subscription...149.00 CND yet unable to unlock any of the videos. I have an android phone and keep getting the same message over and over again to download latest version which I have and to make sure my wi-fi and mobile data is turned on, which it is....I have also uninstalled and installed the app..I went into my settings and allowed permissions....don't know what else I can do. ☹️

Disappointed Watching the YouTube videos, it seemed like she really wanted to just share the knowledge. Then, I realized that full access to the app is $10/month or $100/year. Nobody is in it to help anymore. It's ALL about money. Also, I realized the areas I chose to work on were specifically chosen as areas I need to pay for instead of being free. I thought Koko🤥 was cool. 😮‍💨

I discovered Koko about a month ago on YouTube and I really wanted a collection of all her exercises in one place with her demonstrations. This app is perfect for this and even gives you the option to watch yourself practice and track your facial movements to make sure you're doing it correctly. You need to pay a little to get access to everything, but it's a reasonable price and worth it in my opinion. Well done Koko, and thank you for this awesome app :)

I love having the exercises with me and easy to access. The issues with the app are glitchy and annoying but i can deal. What really bugs me are the updates. 2 in July. Every update then my phone (android) has to re download each exercise. It takes forever. And i have to use the updated version of the app, it won't let me continue to use the old version. And where is the update button. I have to uninstall then reinstall??? All my other apps update on their own. This is my last "update"

It isn't clear where to put the dots on the face. There are red error messages but they flash too quickly to read so they aren't of any benefit. There isn't any sound so it's not possible to know how long to do something away from the phone, like pointing the face to the ceiling. I think her heart is in it. There's just some technical and UX issues.

I do really like this app and use it almost daily, but I feel like it is lacking a bit in content. On Koko's YouTube channel I can see additional exercises that aren't available on the app. I feel like if I'm paying for an app (and it's not "cheap" either) that those should also be available to use in app. Instead, I have to go back and forth between the two. If Koko's other exercises and tips that are found on YouTube were added to the app, I would definitely give it 5 stars.

The app does not work. It just keeps asking me to subscribe, which i already had done. I have emailed, and followed instructions, but no improvement. I cannot access the exercise programs.

Downloaded and subscribed yesterday, but unable to open most of the exercise videos, nothing happens when you tap on them despite having good WiFi signal

Would love to rate higher since I love your Instagram and YouTube free exercises. I was about to purchase the subscription but your app is very glitchy. Tried using the free camera feature and it either won't switch to front facing camera or it doesn't use the picture taken and just disappeared. Won't purchase because of this. Too bad, but I suggest hiring a developer to fix this. On Android.

Most of the time I can't sign in. It says I'm not connected to the internet when I am and every other app works. Then the few times I've gotten onto the app none of the exercises load. I've also gotten the "there's a new version of the app" message and when I go to the app store there isn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also clearing the cache but nothing worked.
