I created an account, logged in and tried to pay with my Google play store account. It keeps rejecting the payment saying I must use my account in Turkey. And I'm in Turkey. Can this be fixed? Thanks for your update, problem fixed. My recommendations will be top notch in the coming days.

I understand monetising the app by having paid membership, but at least let the free membership message or view messages of a certain amount of people. I can't work out whether I like the app otherwise.

My account was permanently deleted... they say due to suspicious activity which I know is a lie because I've hardly used the site. I only had the account for a few days. I did my email verification. And I didn't really interact with anyone. Then I wake up today with a permanent deleted account. They won't tell me why. Then an email of them asking for my I.D or Passport??? Why in the hell would I share my personal documents? Sounds like this app is scam, maybe trying to steal my identity.

Installed app for message notifications. It does not work even after enabling it in settings and with Android. Only get a drop down IF you are in app. No sound. If you leave app, no notifications at all.

Such a scam. I tried to sign up and it keeps brining me to a screen saying profile terminated. Regardless on if I was signing up. It said all my emails were terminated and I was just barely signing up for the first time.

Do not use this App. It's full of scammers. And obviously you wouldn't know it until you buy the membership. And after that the person with whom you are chatting to, they will lure you for money. So, anyone using this app would've double loss. Money pay to get membership for chat and money send to person with you chat. And korian cupid won't refund your money even after you tell them that the people using fake profile to lure money.

says free membership, forces you to add photo, go through bio, do all kinds of survey and then you can't continue unless you upgrade to paid service. fake advertising. disgusting business practice no thanks.

scammers ... the whole site of just fake people .. asking for telegram or wattsapp .. don't be fooled by them .. so disappointing

All Cupid sites won't let me open them on the app. Only on my Android phone. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but nothing is working. I have been a member on several Cupid sites for quite a while & this is the first time with this issue. Can you help? UPDATE: 7/24/24, Issue resolved. THANKS!

Who would waste their money on an app that just constantly deletes the information you input. I wasted an hour putting all my details in and it just disappeared 3 times! How could I possibly give it a rating of more than one, and they expect you to spend money on it?

I'm still feeling things out. Im hoping to break stereotypes and fear and just believe that love comes in all colors shapes and sizes

When I first started this app I readed it one star and was really upset and ironically had the same response that most of these other had but after continuing the app and there were those interested in me that were able to talk to me encouraged me to get a membership of my own and it was only one month long but I got to meet a lot of great people with the same interests and even if it isn't for just a forever partner I've made some neat friends along the way. Please give the app a try ❤

Can't even log back in. Every time I try to reset my password it says my link has expired. Absolute garbage. On top of that they charge an arm and a leg right off the bat.. Can't even message one person, and lastly yeah don't listen to the developer responses, might as well be a bot with copy-and-paste tactics.

This app completely sucks. It is clunky, you pay and THEN still are unable to see messages. People who are NOT in your interest group are recommended constantly, are able to send comments... very frustrating. Definitely not enough Asian men... I can't wait until my subscription is up so I can cancel. Oh. another thing, they don't refund for unused time. Ugh

Updated review: My account was terminated due to suspicious activity minutes after creation when I hadn't contacted anyone or done much on the site yet. My account was reactivated a week after I emailed the KC team copies of my ID as they requested. Not a great start to my experience, but hoping things are better now I can use the app again.

The app worked and was fairly easy to navigate. I paid for a month trying to get better matches. I don't think it helped. Most of the men it suggested did not match what I was looking for. The men replying were mostly creepy and they all wanted to communicate through a seperate app instead of this one. Probably because to be able to message you have to have a paid subscription.

Believable horrendous. 1 company owns all of these so-called partners cupid apps. But it wants you to buy each of these subscriptions if you use them. You think that you'd have access to all since it's 1 company, but nope. Horrible. Update - Lot of people on this app are scammer. Very sad.

Sorry but no point in using it. In order to message the user, you have to have one using a premium. What's the point in paying at all. As someone who studies user interface this is not the way to go. I can understand the messaging can be in standard but if you can't change it then I don't see this app being successful. You are just making it difficult to members talking to someone. All I see is money

iterally 12 hours after I installed and setup the app I had been banned i have no idea why and no one is answering the service line this is not cool but I guess it is what it is I can't figure out how to respond to the developer. So I'm just gonna add an edit here. im easily discouraged and I dont feel like its even worth it to try to get my account back best of luck to yall

it's ok. There are a lot of fake accounts on here. Why is the membership unbelievably expensive?
