Easy user friendly interface. Beginner friendly app. However, I like to raise two issues: 1. I observed that when I made a withdrawal I received an email that my withdrawal is being processed; but there was no email to confirm the completion of the withdrawal process. 2. The withdrawal history in the app didn't contain the address the withdrawal was made to. Kindly work on the two issues raised above. Thank you.

Don't set up account on mobile. It was WAY too difficult to go back and forth from webpage to app trying to set up the api codes and 2f something or other codes. Every time I try and verify my ID, the whole thing crashes and I have to start all over. Also, I'm pretty sure they have my social security number and all person data on file now for a service I can't even use. 😑

Unfortunately this was the most frustrating trading app I've used. Had issues with passwords, authenticator, site and especially the app. I didn't love the layout, especially scrolling with no search, but I could of got used to it. However within the few trades I made the BUY SELL buttons at the end of order didn't work, even after multiple taps, had to restart app and re-enter info. Most important buttons for me. Can't risk it, leaving. That said, customer service was good, better than most.

Once you create an account, Kraken forces you to access your account using an API key but you can't access the key without signing in first. Load times are extremely slow and they ask for a lot of your information. There's also a second password you're required to enter but never setup when you create the account. The app/kraken as a whole is a giant waste of time.

Setup is impossible. I go through the steps to setup a user and successfully activated my account. Go to log in and get an error stating invalid 2fa. I was never given the option to set up 2FA. So how can it be invalid. I then followed the troubleshooting instructions for that error and by following those steps it is supposed to send a bypass code. Nope never received it. Tried three times, never received it. I give up and am trying something else.
Beyond Average
It'd be nice to everything on my web interface to transfer over to the phone version. Being able to customize indicators to eliminate too much information on the small screen. Having the ability to see the LAST price as the default price show, instead of the index price (without having to rotate my phone) and I don't think the OTO orders execute correctly on orders placed via the app, where the web version works correctly. I am trying to become a FT trader and need my tools to be awesome!

You made things way too complicated, why is it so difficult to register on the app, it's asking for API keys and Codes that are super long and i keep getting incorrect. Why would I want to use an app that impossible to even log into? I had to complete recreating an account only to be denied logging into the mobile app. Total garbage. I'm so frustrated, I'm done with you guys never again.

This app is terrible. It's slow. The delay time is significant, especially when trying to enter an order, or while trying to do something quickly. It's glitchy, randomly stops, and have to start over. Doesn't show key data for entering orders, but, when switching screen to find the info, it clears everything previously entered, so have to start over. Seemed good at first. Created an account, next thing I know my account is gone. Fine. Created another account. Several days later, still not verified, despite their saying it takes just a few minutes. After a back and forth with customer support, finally verified. Several days later, still unable to verify with external bank to deposit fiat. I give up. Taking my business elsewhere. Other places were able to get me verified in an afternoon or less.

A bit slow for trading, like when you hit a button it can take a sec to respond. And the api that updates displayed price is pretty bad. Like in the order book price has changed but it doesn't at the top of the screen. But honestly, it's not bad compared to what else is out there. Pretty confident there not gonna steal your mony. And if you're that worried about 3 seconds of price movement you shouldn't be trading with that money.
