I’ve been using the KRUU app for a couple months now. It’s basically a village-building strategy game where you can build up your own little town and then team up with friends to battle other players. Pretty addictive stuff, honestly.

The main thing you do is upgrade your buildings, train troops, and attack other villages. There’s also a really cool photo feature where the app automatically pulls in all the photos from your event – you can like and comment on them right in the app. Took me a bit to figure that part out but it’s a nice bonus.

Look, if you’re into strategy games and planning out your village upgrades, you’ll probably get a kick out of KRUU. It’s not perfect – the upgrade times can get a bit grindy at higher levels – but overall it’s a solid free-to-play game that’s worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on KRUU. I've tested a bunch of strategy games and this one's up there as one of the better ones. The gameplay is really satisfying - there's a ton of depth in how you build up your village and train your troops. And the clan battles are a blast, especially when you team up with friends. The graphics are great too and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The only real downside is that the upgrade times can get pretty long at higher levels, which makes the grind a little tedious. But if you're patient, it's still a really fun game.
