Horrendous. signs you out and then removes all data. even if you login, you lose all data. absolutely useless. now I’m unable to access manual or VIN data without jumping through hoops.

Frustrating. Im using this app for a year on a motocross bike. It no longer records rides. KTM said the CUE is full, and I need to delete data. Using a android phone and I can’t delete rides. Nothing works. Any suggestions? Why not use a cloud to save data.

Unless you own a recent model motocross there’s no value in connecting that app to your bike. I find no benefit in paying for navigation when other, better navigation apps are out there and are free. I mean, paying for HERE nav app that you can use for free? What’s the deal KTM? It doesn’t […]

Simply does not work. I can get it to recognize my SAS but is 100% unusable. I have wasted hours of my life trying to get the GPS function to work with no success.

Extremely unreliable, the bike often doesn’t see the application running and fails to display the instructions. Update July 2025, no improvement absolute pile of steaming piece of software. I think Google had some sort of quality check on the stuff they sell on Play Store?

Impossible to buy the basic, i already paid before for the first version until you changed, this doesn’t work at all! Disgusting

App doesn’t work most days, even if you pay. The app randomly signs you out, and then the servers are always down so you can’t sign back in. Without signing in, the app cannot be used. It doesn’t seem to matter that I’m paying for the subscription. I simply cannot use it.

I’m able to connect to the bike, access the manual and use it for navigation. The navigation needs work though. I’ve had it a few times try to recalculate mid ride, and then it just freezes. Would have to stop the bike and restart the app to fix it. Also I created a route with […]

No longer recognised my log in details, it is effectively useless. Won’t log in which means it can’t connect to my bike. KTM fix your app!

paid for navigation subscription but nothing works. talked to local KTM techs and they have no idea either. Incompetence all round so cancelled subscription. Google maps far superior and no subscription needed.

After connecting with bluetooth, in music playback volumn up down not working with my poco F5. Navigation direction not accurate. In Google maps it’s working accurate. Need to improve compass calibration

Horrible. Never works. Try to track my Laps. Uploads always fails. Drains my battery. Guessing they are trying to find some other sources of income but I can’t believe how bad this app is. Luckily came on a used bike I bought. Glad I didn’t pay for this. Tech support is non existent as well.
