Just an initial review but already can't find a way to switch from kilometers to miles for distsnce. Don't give us American options but leave that one out. **Update** They added the miles option. THANK YOU! I was still struggling to figure out how far 100m is, it's close 😅 have noticed the GPS hitching up and needing to pull over and exit and restart app. Will update with more testing.

Update: Don't use. Originally was a free app, now forced to pay. I'd like to echo others' comments about the weird segmentation of roads, especially interstates/limited-access freeways and frontage roads. On more than one occasion I'll be at an intersection of a frontage road while the app is directing me to go straight for a short distance, when in actuality it wants me to go straight for 59 ft then turn left. Hard to do when there are two turn lanes and three straight lanes in one direction.

Completely pointless paying to upgrade to the premium version. The only reason I did, is the ability to import gpx files. No details of the process to follow, but I drew up a route I wanted to take on MRA route lab website, exported different versions of gpx (1.0, 1.1, 1.2) tried opening them with the KTMconnect app on my android phone and just get "Can't create route" every time. So, subscription cancelled, spent ages creating a route in the app, saved it but no option to find a saved route.

Very disappointed, one of the key reasons I brought the 390 adventure and played for the original app, was because of the on screen navigation and connectivity. Only a few months after purchasing, I find the app has been removed from the app store and I am now expected to pay for another app or a monthly subscription. I expect this to be sorted.

Horrendous. signs you out and then removes all data. even if you login, you lose all data. absolutely useless. now I'm unable to access manual or VIN data without jumping through hoops.

App connects to the 2022 1290 SA with the Samsung galaxy S22 but has no navigation functionality on the motorcycle. 8/3 update. App is still useless. 10/3 update. The app is connected to the bike, the app is just poorly developed garbage that accompanied a 20k motorcycle. 12/2 Update. Your app is still garbage, and your support is trash. **UPDATE** 6/27/2025. App is still broken and doesn't even open on my phone now.

So, this basically doesn't work on Android. I'm using an S23 Ultra running the latest software/firmware. I've been to my local KTM dealer and they updated to the latest software/firmware on the Bluetooth connection unit. I continually get stuck on a loop when selecting the "Tap to Connect" icon to connect to the motorbike. Audio works and I can pair both my phone and headset to the motorbike (890 Adv R) but absolutely no navigation features available at all. Very disappointed.

Frustrating. Im using this app for a year on a motocross bike. It no longer records rides. KTM said the CUE is full, and I need to delete data. Using a android phone and I can't delete rides. Nothing works. Any suggestions? Why not use a cloud to save data.

Unless you own a recent model motocross there's no value in connecting that app to your bike. I find no benefit in paying for navigation when other, better navigation apps are out there and are free. I mean, paying for HERE nav app that you can use for free? What's the deal KTM? It doesn't look good for you at all. My advice to all, skip it, use your money to buy a good mobile holder and use it.

Simply does not work. I can get it to recognize my SAS but is 100% unusable. I have wasted hours of my life trying to get the GPS function to work with no success.
