the app forces logout after I successfully logged in. Cannot use this or the comfort app.

will not let me log in and gives no indication why, password and username are definitely correct since I just reset them

terrible. I would log in, and it would quickly kick me out. I paid all that money for something that doesn’t work.

app no longer works outside of my home. since announcing the new app and need for new wireless sensors Kumo Cloud no longer works outside of my home network.

this is ridiculous I paid so much money for this product and installation now they did an update I can’t even get it to come up what a waste of money call them and they don’t even call back

the app shows unit offline way too frequent when im trying to manage my home 2.5 hrs away…the unit is not offline…junk as it only works half of the time properly so frustrating

wifi doesn’t work most of the time. It’s very frustrating when it is a cabin, and you want to warm it up before you get. there.

after the forced update to the comfort app (doesn’t work properly at all) i was glad to find this legacy version of kumo cloud(which used to generally work). now i can’t login to kumo cloud and it doesn’t tell me why. i know the password is correct

i need to update wifi password and CAN’T do it HERE NOR via COMFORT app!!!!! downloaded new legacy version as previous version didn’t work. can’t login. even changed password and still can’t login. app flashes after password accepted and then returns to login screen.

Our 3 Mitsubishi units do a great job in keeping our home cool and comfortable, very quiet and efficient. The Kumo app provides for remote access and ease of setting and adjusting temperature, very easy and simple to use. I highly recommend these Mitsubishi products. You won’t be disappointed.
