Please check the search button 🔍 on the explore page of the app. It is not working for a few days already. I thought it was only mine but other streamers are currently experiencing it as well. It doesn't show any recommendations when you try to search and type a certain username. When it finally shows you a dropdown selection you can't even click the name to open the profile of that particular steamer. Thank you very much. Happy Holidays!

I had a lot of fun and never any problems but today I have purchased coins but did not receive them! This is totally unacceptable for an app that offers in-app purchases! I hope I will get a refund or my coins ASAP. Then I will also change my rating again Update 24.10.2020: even such a bug is unacceptable, the response from the developer was very fast, professional and efficient. Thanks for solving the problem without delay. Rating changed to 5stars

Awesome app you can meet friends local and international.. it helps you a lot to build your personality, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.. you well discover more about yourself too on how you interact with other people.. you can do live streaming with friends and have games ,do some tutorials etc. And audio streaming wherein. You can talked to 8 people at the same time.

Please bring back the position of join call in audio stream, you've changed it into hand and that's the main cause of bug in the stream. Some user are using Automatic clicker to cheat in games.. and it's so annoying. Some streamer and gifters are forced to stop because of that.. Some changes are good but not this one.

what is the problem on your update i already installed the latest version but when i try to open my acc it says i need to install the latest app update? plss fix this problem i cant open my kumu acc

Mandatory Update? And there is no caption editing in posts and everytime I share my post through copying the link is that, the link don't work, it always flash the "The feed does not exists anymore" something like that. Also, sometimes when I finish a mission, it won't let you claim the so called prize and it takes nth time to process...

I would like to commend the Kumu Coins Team for the excellent service provided. I've experienced a glitch while purchasing coins in the App from which the purchased coins have not been credited to my wallet. I've raised a ticket through the app and after few minutes, the Team reached out to me and provided me detailed instructions. Even if they mentioned that it will take max 24hrs to resolve the issue, they have been able to resolve and verify the claim within an hour. Thanks Team!!! ❤️

please remove the wishing bottles appearing on the sides on multi stream. whenever i try to mute and off cam, I'm being thrown to another stream that has winning wishing bottles. it's annoying 😔

The new policy update is not giving the same old vibe uncomfortable now.Too many violation even if you don't do anything wrong.I would like to appeal that I disagree with your accusations because I am not streaming in any platforms other than kumu I am just watching a series while doing a live stream to avoid being bored while there are other streamers talking to me. You see may face is so big at the screen how can you not detect that?!And please stop doing screen shots while people are on live.

This app does not work at all after the so-called "updates." It will open and show its usual current highest earnings and viewed host. After that it will show the home page and looks as though everything thing is fine. Finally it crashes. Without even clicking on anything or doing anything, upon opening, it crashes roughly three to five seconds immediately upon opening. Before this, the app would crash randomly, BUT IT WORKED. NOW IT IS COMPLETELY BROKEN WITH CURRENT UPDATE.

Not even worth a one star.. The new updates are the worst . It is no longer a unique and friendly app to everyone but a copycat version of other streaming platform.

Kumu is really the best app! 🥰 Super friendly to use and I love the virtual gifts—they’re so beautiful. The help center replies so fast, very reliable! Even the trading is smooth 100% and hassle-free. And I’m really enjoying the games like Bulsahan and Spotlight—so much fun! Highly recommended!

the service of this app is awesome,fast and on point. What i really don't like is teaching people to gamble. The Wishing bottle is also crazy.Thou it change convertion of token to coins make it higher,it urge the users to gamble more.This flatform is entertainment purpose and to connect when i start download this app.It change.

There’s nothing in return for the gifters who keep spending on the app—supposedly to support the streamers—but the platform ends up getting the larger share. It’s starting to feel like a gambling app. more downside
