I feel 3 stars is generous. This app works...sometimes...and when it does, it logs me out. Upon login, it struggles to find the nearest Kwiktrip, which I can easily see on the map (less than a mile away), but the app cannot locate it, nor any within 25 miles... Having the sale items is a plus.

the app is useless. tried to redeem visits for a fuel discount and it never took the discount off the gas price. questioned it right away at the store and they were no help. I've had to call twice now to try to get my money back from being overcharged. still not sure if I'll ever get my refund. kwik trip is an overcharging mess. don't get the app or their credit card!

I cannot believe a company the size of QuikTrip isn't working more faster to fix the problem with their app. Cannot make my payment to the company and no other way to make a payment I've never been late on a payment. And I don't want this to go against my FICO score. It seems that QuikTrip doesn't care how long it takes to fix their app for their customers it is very frustrating when they won't even return your emails that they promised to call you on and never did. Very dissatisfied customer

It stopped working suddenly. I can't do ANYTHING. The only way to make anything progress is to switch to airplane mode and back. Which I can't do once I FINALLY get to sign into the app. And I know it's not my phone since this is the only app not working properly. Please fix this issue. Your site is also on the fritz since I had issue there as well. Same method worked for a time. I will change my review upon fixing the issue.

I've been getting "Unable to Connect to Network. Please check internet connection." error message for a few weeks now. Can't even log into my account from the app which makes it more or less worthless. There's nothing wrong with my connection, this is a fault in the app. Bummer because I'd like to actually use it. Not a bad app when it is up and running.

So far so go! I finally took some time and understand my rewards for being a Kwik Trip customer. This ap definitely makes it easier to know your benefits, and what's on sale for the day, month, week, etc. for being a member. It also shows the normal ones, of course. Sometimes, I don't know those right away, because I don't drive🙂 My favorite feature is getting to know how many visits I have. I have. Blah, blah ... sorry everyone!!!

First of all, the app constantly logs me out. Everytime I ask to reset my password it never sends the email. If I get my password wrong, that's it. I've used my one shot this week at logging in. I click "log in" and the app pretends to load for a minute and then goes right back to the "click here to log in!" Screen. Now I could use my phone number, but that isn't attached to my account. The person who "helped" me set up my account in CS put a RANDOM phone number to my card.

The app is good, but it use to be so much better!... I have been using the app since basically when it came out and it has only been getting progressively worse. What is the point of even having an app if 60% of the things you click on take you to an external browser? Not to mention the browser pages are down right now. I'm still going to use the app because it's easier than using the browser, I would just like to see things that used to be in the app, daily specials/fuel discounts, stay in it.

App no longer works! It has been acting up for a few days. I have tried everything. I have deleted the app, cleaned up my phone (maintenance), rebooted my phone, the re-downloaded the Kwik Trip app and it still won't work properly. It takes forever to load and still says I'm not connected to a network, yet all my other apps run great. This is very disappointing since I've never had issues with this app before their last update.

App was great, now I can't place orders anymore because it says I am not connected to a network. I am connected, I've reinstalled twice, and it still won't work. So disappointing. I can't order food over the phone because I need to pay with credit card in the app for someone else to pick up the order. Haven't been able to order for more than 2 weeks. I miss their food, and they're losing my business each time.

Kind of funny any time there's a "special" rewards (today for instance-fathers day/earn 15 visits by adding offer and making a purchase) the app "crashes". Mine says I have no Internet connection yet I'm able to post online and everywhere else but can log into the app. How convenient huh. Definitely isn't the first time either. Very irritating.

Easiest App I've ever navigated. You can pay your KT card on this app, look at their monthly and daily specials, earn free items for your visits you were already going to buy, and have all the basic essentials you need plus more. In addition to all this, they even have a no cost cost ATM machine on premises. How awesome is that? No, I do not work here, just a regular, dedicated customer.

Would be nice if all KT products were offered for purchase in the app. When I search for buns, products come up with a photo of the burger and hot dog buns, but neither is an option to purchase. Makes no sense. Frustrating to those who want to shop with you! It's not because the store is out of something, that isn't the case. Happens with many products in all locations near me. Coupons disappear without using them, BEFORE expiration date. Not better than the best, Kwik Trip. Disappointing.

I have called twice to ask why I cannot get the extra reward daily points. It will not let me into it. All it does is acts like the Internet is thinking. This has been going on since early November, and no one has gotten back to me, which said they would. I faithfully played every day to earn my extra points. So, nothing earned for over a month. Everything else on my app works perfectly! Disgusted that no one has taken the time to figure out the issue.

This went from a slow tolerable app. Too an extremely slow intolerable waste of space. Takes 5 minutes at it's quickest just to ask for login or create account. Then another 5 minutes or so to bring up the login screen. Then it doesn't log in but takes forever just to find that out. Just tried Web page and it doesn't come up either. Server must be down if so it's been down over a week. Guess your IT folks haven't figured out that if something isn't working maybe they should fix it.

I just went to put in my address for the relatively newish delivery feature, and I could not see what I was typing. My keyboard pop up would squish the text boxes out of the visible window. When i checked my typing, my address was backwards from how I'd typed it, as if I was typing from right to left instead of left to right. I had to leave the app and type it out in a document, then copy/paste it into the box. For delivery. Another attempt, the cart changed from delivery to pickup without show

We all know the Kwik company recently went through an outage. The app wasn't working, the rewards weren't working, and everything was awry. I, too, was frustrated as many of these other reviews entail. However, since they've been up again, a Kwik Trip/Star employee, Jonathan, was prompt, respectful, and to the point when responding back to my concern. I appreciate the Kwik company. The app rocks, too. Always keeping me up to date on my fuel discounts (the primary reason I became a member). :)

Its a nice app when it works which is not as often as it should. The need to add some offers while others are automatically added is ridiculous and frustrating. Just add them all automatically already. Even offers that are added do not always come off. There are a lot of features but like any rewards card its not designed to reward you its designed to get you to spend more money than you normally would. If you are careful you can use it to your advantage though.

Great WI Gas Station - Poor App I love going to kwik trip and have been for years multiple times a week. However, their app has always caused major issues for me. it takes countless log-in attempts for it to accept my information, and then once I get in, every screen is blank or scrolls like it's loading for several minutes. I usually just close the app and give up. I then miss out on deals and rewards because of it.

No search box. You have to scroll and scroll and scroll to try and find items to order. Message box tells me i have Messages.. but they won't open..then they accidentally get deleted when trying open. UPDATE: It's still awful. No search options. It's just the most basic function of any other site or app. But, not Kwik Trip.
