I feel 3 stars is generous. This app works...sometimes...and when it does, it logs me out. Upon login, it struggles to find the nearest Kwiktrip, which I can easily see on the map (less than a mile away), but the app cannot locate it, nor any within 25 miles... Having the sale items is a plus.

the app is useless. tried to redeem visits for a fuel discount and it never took the discount off the gas price. questioned it right away at the store and they were no help. I've had to call twice now to try to get my money back from being overcharged. still not sure if I'll ever get my refund. kwik trip is an overcharging mess. don't get the app or their credit card!

I cannot believe a company the size of QuikTrip isn't working more faster to fix the problem with their app. Cannot make my payment to the company and no other way to make a payment I've never been late on a payment. And I don't want this to go against my FICO score. It seems that QuikTrip doesn't care how long it takes to fix their app for their customers it is very frustrating when they won't even return your emails that they promised to call you on and never did. Very dissatisfied customer

It stopped working suddenly. I can't do ANYTHING. The only way to make anything progress is to switch to airplane mode and back. Which I can't do once I FINALLY get to sign into the app. And I know it's not my phone since this is the only app not working properly. Please fix this issue. Your site is also on the fritz since I had issue there as well. Same method worked for a time. I will change my review upon fixing the issue.

I've been getting "Unable to Connect to Network. Please check internet connection." error message for a few weeks now. Can't even log into my account from the app which makes it more or less worthless. There's nothing wrong with my connection, this is a fault in the app. Bummer because I'd like to actually use it. Not a bad app when it is up and running.

So far so go! I finally took some time and understand my rewards for being a Kwik Trip customer. This ap definitely makes it easier to know your benefits, and what's on sale for the day, month, week, etc. for being a member. It also shows the normal ones, of course. Sometimes, I don't know those right away, because I don't drive🙂 My favorite feature is getting to know how many visits I have. I have. Blah, blah ... sorry everyone!!!

First of all, the app constantly logs me out. Everytime I ask to reset my password it never sends the email. If I get my password wrong, that's it. I've used my one shot this week at logging in. I click "log in" and the app pretends to load for a minute and then goes right back to the "click here to log in!" Screen. Now I could use my phone number, but that isn't attached to my account. The person who "helped" me set up my account in CS put a RANDOM phone number to my card.

The app is good, but it use to be so much better!... I have been using the app since basically when it came out and it has only been getting progressively worse. What is the point of even having an app if 60% of the things you click on take you to an external browser? Not to mention the browser pages are down right now. I'm still going to use the app because it's easier than using the browser, I would just like to see things that used to be in the app, daily specials/fuel discounts, stay in it.

App no longer works! It has been acting up for a few days. I have tried everything. I have deleted the app, cleaned up my phone (maintenance), rebooted my phone, the re-downloaded the Kwik Trip app and it still won't work properly. It takes forever to load and still says I'm not connected to a network, yet all my other apps run great. This is very disappointing since I've never had issues with this app before their last update.

App was great, now I can't place orders anymore because it says I am not connected to a network. I am connected, I've reinstalled twice, and it still won't work. So disappointing. I can't order food over the phone because I need to pay with credit card in the app for someone else to pick up the order. Haven't been able to order for more than 2 weeks. I miss their food, and they're losing my business each time.
