After looking at some of the 'big' players in the market took a risk on Kyte. Really it was no risk at all with a Free trial of the Pro version for the first week and the a cut down free version. But after a fortnight we can happily say we are extremely happy with the App. Simple and extremely functional with a very intuitive layout. Staff find it easy and it is extremely quick to train them how to use it. With improvements happening all the time what more could you ask for.

I like the app and the updated features, but it's not user friendly. Some of my customers are experiencing long loading when signing in as guest for the first time. This make the completing of the order difficult. It would be nice if the owner can edit the customers invoice after it has been confirm. For example, add to the invoice, add or remove delivery charges.
This is absolutely brilliant app! A simple to setup POS system. Has all the required features to be deployed in any small businesses. It also has very useful simple analytics and user management. It would be nice to see any kind of export tool to export as CSV or to Excel. But hand down this is one of the best POS systems I have used. And it's free!!!! LOVE IT!
It's a great app! I'm only using the free version rn and I'm looking forward to upgrade into the Pro version. However, I'm really disturbed with the fact that I can't add more than 1 photo to a product. I have products with lots of colors. Do I have to add new item for every single color? I hope not :'). Please improve this and I'll be upgrading my account right away :)
It's a nice app for small restaurants, especially for takeout and delivery service. There are still few problems which should br corrected, and few missing options. Like Modificators in the products and that the app could be used on a laptop or desktop, so that the data entry is easier. I am still setting up the application, so that I can't tell you more as of now. I will update, once we are using it and have more experience.
Have been using this for almost a year happy customer, though you have to save your monthly reports in a different place as it gets erased as certain time elapse. Also bought a printer for Bluetooth thinking that it will be able to print using kyte. But didn't print, maybe something wrong with my printer. I wish I knew which are compatible ones. I apllaud them for continuing to improve their systems and would go out to support them further.
First couple of months was good , but then realized big flaws In this app, they never notify you that more than 1000 customers can't be added, also you can't trace any older entries than a year or 1000 customers older as thier support team said. . All messed up. No proper year closing method. Customets deleted automatically without my consent but balances are still there, all messed up. Not recommended as proper order management solution. Some times some transactions on report are missing also.
Overall, the app is great. Its accounting system is perfect, easy to manage and the app is easy to navigate. No need to spend dollars for business to make a website. But i hope the developers would add a feature where I can put multiple photos for a single item because there are a lot of specs of my products that I need to show to my clients. Also, it would be a lot better if there were subcategories for the items. Im hoping to buy the pro version of this sometime soon. Great app!
I really love this app , but the mobile version has some bugs that need to be fixed. 1. The mobile version does not show any orders . Orders remain 0 no matter how many orders are placed. Where as the PC version shows all activr orders . 2. The order that had been placed by customer cannot be edited from pending to confirmed . Please fix these bugs as I mostly use the mobile version for my business . Thank you. Other than that the app is great.
I'm from Malaysia. I subscribed to Pro version after an hour of experiencing on how to navigate this app. This app has everything we need as a startup, Product Cost, selling price, inventory value, assess level to different sales person, online catalogue, able to integrate with FB/IG. What else do we need? I would like to request a promotion tab for us as a seller, as I need to spend some time to key in the discounted amount and I have many products to key in discount amount.
