After looking at some of the 'big' players in the market took a risk on Kyte. Really it was no risk at all with a Free trial of the Pro version for the first week and the a cut down free version. But after a fortnight we can happily say we are extremely happy with the App. Simple and extremely functional with a very intuitive layout. Staff find it easy and it is extremely quick to train them how to use it. With improvements happening all the time what more could you ask for.

I like the app and the updated features, but it's not user friendly. Some of my customers are experiencing long loading when signing in as guest for the first time. This make the completing of the order difficult. It would be nice if the owner can edit the customers invoice after it has been confirm. For example, add to the invoice, add or remove delivery charges.

This is absolutely brilliant app! A simple to setup POS system. Has all the required features to be deployed in any small businesses. It also has very useful simple analytics and user management. It would be nice to see any kind of export tool to export as CSV or to Excel. But hand down this is one of the best POS systems I have used. And it's free!!!! LOVE IT!

It's a great app! I'm only using the free version rn and I'm looking forward to upgrade into the Pro version. However, I'm really disturbed with the fact that I can't add more than 1 photo to a product. I have products with lots of colors. Do I have to add new item for every single color? I hope not :'). Please improve this and I'll be upgrading my account right away :)

It's a nice app for small restaurants, especially for takeout and delivery service. There are still few problems which should br corrected, and few missing options. Like Modificators in the products and that the app could be used on a laptop or desktop, so that the data entry is easier. I am still setting up the application, so that I can't tell you more as of now. I will update, once we are using it and have more experience.

Have been using this for almost a year happy customer, though you have to save your monthly reports in a different place as it gets erased as certain time elapse. Also bought a printer for Bluetooth thinking that it will be able to print using kyte. But didn't print, maybe something wrong with my printer. I wish I knew which are compatible ones. I apllaud them for continuing to improve their systems and would go out to support them further.

First couple of months was good , but then realized big flaws In this app, they never notify you that more than 1000 customers can't be added, also you can't trace any older entries than a year or 1000 customers older as thier support team said. . All messed up. No proper year closing method. Customets deleted automatically without my consent but balances are still there, all messed up. Not recommended as proper order management solution. Some times some transactions on report are missing also.

Overall, the app is great. Its accounting system is perfect, easy to manage and the app is easy to navigate. No need to spend dollars for business to make a website. But i hope the developers would add a feature where I can put multiple photos for a single item because there are a lot of specs of my products that I need to show to my clients. Also, it would be a lot better if there were subcategories for the items. Im hoping to buy the pro version of this sometime soon. Great app!

I really love this app , but the mobile version has some bugs that need to be fixed. 1. The mobile version does not show any orders . Orders remain 0 no matter how many orders are placed. Where as the PC version shows all activr orders . 2. The order that had been placed by customer cannot be edited from pending to confirmed . Please fix these bugs as I mostly use the mobile version for my business . Thank you. Other than that the app is great.

I'm from Malaysia. I subscribed to Pro version after an hour of experiencing on how to navigate this app. This app has everything we need as a startup, Product Cost, selling price, inventory value, assess level to different sales person, online catalogue, able to integrate with FB/IG. What else do we need? I would like to request a promotion tab for us as a seller, as I need to spend some time to key in the discounted amount and I have many products to key in discount amount.

This one looks promising. But a bit harder for some situations. There is also no information before hand regarding offline (wifi interruption). I really hope they add a feature of custom field that are searchable. There are situation in which a product has a local name. And we do not want to put in unofficial name on the product name. So wish there is a custom field 'keywords' where i can put in local product name that are also searchable.

Over all not so bad if they make some custom changes, as been conveyed to them, they would do much better for online retail and order bookings. Though delivery options has some small restrictions and glitches, due to which it does make you go book all over again rather than editing in a confirmed order. Most importantly delivery day issues, which also has been communicated many a times. Payment and customer support is good and active and also resolves issues, promptly.

The app is very convenient for new small businesses. Catalog of products displayed nicely, stock maintenance, electronic receipts; everything is just made simple and set up just for you. The only issue I have is the time the website takes to load. It took me 30 minutes and still pending just to try to login on my laptop. From the app seems fairly ok. However, I am concerned that it may deter customers because of impatience.

Good app. The biggest problem though is the payment options. I hope they can let users define the payment options instead of having just (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Store Credit, Payment Link and Others) There are different banks and there are several e-wallets. I hipe they come up with a good solution to this. It's been a year since I raised this but no response. This got me thinking of switching to other POS apps. Recent update even removed "Check" option which we were using. 😔

Great app. Very easy to use due to its intuitive interface. Just a few suggestions. 1st, kindly display the total number of products for each category. 2nd, is it possible to have more control of the products by adding sub-categories or at least a way to group them even if they are within a category? 3rd, it'll be much nicer if we can see the total & profit for each category/sub-category. Lots of great features that I can think of, just couldn't fit it in 500-character limit. Again, great app!

No option to add per item based discounts that calculates the total discounts automatically for the quantity of the same item we specify. printing functionality is totally disabled in free version, unlike other competitor apps,no one-time purchase option for any features, better invest in POS hardware+software system which you can buy for the same amount of their pro plans.

Kyte is a disaster for businesses. This app has cost us real money due to incorrect sales and credit, wrong inventory computation, and even missing invoices. Imagine trusting an app to run your sales only to end up with losses because it can’t do the basics. We’ve reported these issues, and nothing is being done. Instead of helping businesses, Kyte is actively hurting them. If you value accuracy, stability, and your hard-earned money, stay far away from this app coz they can't fix their mess.

this app is partly good for small business until your business start to grow! I have the paid version "PRO" and it limits the amount of products/inventory you can upload on their platform. they recently raised their prices for the subscription and i have not seen any changes they made to improve the app.

Mobile POS... There was no PC interface for anything except for customers when they order online, they have recently claimed there's a web version but I can't get it to work. So if it exists, is not user friendly. It's a very very basic app to show your items and process sales. It's limited in customization options and don't get me started on the 1 color options for your entire site. Forget personalization! Just starting out? On a budget? It'll do... For now!

So far, since I'm still testing Kyte to make sure whether it is the right choice for me or not before I officially subscribe, I see everything is just perfect till the moment, except for 1 thing which is not being able to access the analytics, where everytime I try, the app says that there is a critical error, and just shuts down ! I wont purchase the full version unless I get a solution for my problem. Thank you.
