The “sign out” or “log off” is so far in the bottom gutter that you can’t get to it to click on it. It needs to be available directly off the main menu, high up. I would suggest, right at the top. If you care about ID Theft, this app is NOT for you.
App opens to a white screen that says LabCorp/Patient then does nothing. It refuses to open. useless.
Probably one of the worst lab apps I have ever used. It is rare to find results (I have to contact them every time). Doesn’t save any of my info. Overall, just terrible.
The app is just a wrapper on top of Chrome meaning I have to login every time which makes the so called fingerprint login useless.
Cannot open. Uninstalled twice, reinstalled. Opens, select essential and page goes white, no further movement. 8/26 uninstalled, reinstalled, open blank page.
the developers of this app need to fix the login issue. when trying to sign in all it does is sit there and try to load, yet never does.
Why have the option to use fingerprint login if it does not work? Once logged in using password, the info on the app is useful.
Stopped working for some stupid reason. Cant use biometrics, cant use password, cant even head there on a web browser to login. Broken trash.
Used app for years and now it only shows the logo and then goes blank. I have deleted it and reinstalled it several times with it only to act the same as I described above.
one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. constantly glitches and prevents one from signing in using biometrics or login info. constantly have to make multiple attempts to login and even reset the password. real aggravating
Again, just got recent update to LabCorp Patient app AND still can’t see upcoming appointments listed 45 days out. You can’t schedule appointments more the three months ( Quest App much better with this for full year). Tried addressing issues with tech support, no reply. This is NOT a Patient Friendly app!
