Reviews for Lacquergram: for Nail Polish L

← Back to Lacquergram: for Nail Polish L

I love to see all my nail polish at a glance, read descriptions, make notes, save photos, and have a wishlist. I have premium for exports, and to sub my swatches for any missing main image; it has paid for itself because I check my collection for dupes before buying. Only neg is polishes not in database take up to 4 weeks to add; but PPU, HHC, and major collections are added monthly. (Edited from 4 back up to 5 stars because exports are working again.)

While interesting as a combination of a way to organize your nail polish collection and a social network for polishaholics, I don't find it very user friendly. I wish it was easier to add new polishes to the database. The app gets stuck after several actions. It is not possible to see which polishes have notes if you are looking at them from the main search. The icon for notes is displayed from stash view, but not otherwise. There is room for improvement.

Okay, so I feel like this app is still in the beginning stages. It's not a finished product, but I can really see the effort going into it to constantly make it better. Yeah, the database doesn't have every polish, and the polishes don't all have photos next to it (which I would LOVE), but you can make suggestions to add and once they've been verified they are added right away. I'd love if the scrolling could be fixed in the polish catalogue. Every time I go back it brings me back up to the top.

The best nail polish app there is! It's super helpful for tracking ur own stash, wishlist & destash. It has many polishes, including small indie brands, PPU, LBH, etc. Love being able to track my stash & all details for each. Rolling the dice, sorting by unused polishes or swatches is super helpful. The swatch/mani pics feed, comments, user messaging, destashing are great features. Would love to see these added to as well as the color searches. Polishes u own should come up in color search 1st.

I really appreciate this app, I use it to track my collection and my wishlist in one place. I like how you can put personal notes on the polishes such as number of uses, it's very helpful for me. I enjoy how anyone can add swatches and write reviews and I love how you can submit polishes to the ever-growing database. My only critique is that if you try to upload a swatch using the dedicated tab the database doesn't sync correctly so you have to go to the polish's page. I recommend this app!

It took a little digging to find all the features, but once you find them (mostly in the notes section after you've added a polish to your stash) this app is amazing!!! I just started collecting polish and I can see how starting early on will be so helpful later. I do wish there was a added Favorite section for your stash as well as being able to like other swatchers images and have it saved somewhere for inspiration later.

I do wish there was a way to add new polishes to the database via a web browser, but other than that, this app is great! I've never been so organized! Great for keeping track of my collection, using keyword searches, browsing photos of things I don't have yet, making lists and avoiding dupes. Great stuff!

I hate the latest update. I can't find anything. Can't search under specific polish brands to find polish by name, can't see a list of polishes for those brands unless I want to dig through years of out of order collections, can't upload a photo unless that polish is already listed in my collection. Please bring back the basic functionality. Eta: I un-installed/reinstalled. I have the latest version as of 4/22/24. It's bad.

PROS: lots! Large database. Nice to keep track of my stash when I go shopping or planning nail art. Cool to post your pics, follow other users & discover color/brands to try. If a color is not listed, just enter some info and, if found, they add it to your list. CONS: Lacks option to sort colors under each brand alphabetically for easy finding. Also, as huge as the database is, I was surprised that some brands like BeBio/Bioseaweed were not included.

Edit: I paid for the additional feature of exporting. I have not been able to export once. I notified the developer 3x, once a month from Apr to Jun. No response. I asked if they could send me one export of my data until they can fix the export. No response. There's plenty of potential here, but paying for features that do not work and receiving zero response is unacceptable. I've dropped my review from 5 to 1 star Original: Good organization tools and excellent variety of brands

This app is amazing for keeping track of your nail polish collection! It helps with finding colors that match an outfit, allows you to post and see other's swatches of colors for a particular shade, etc. And if there's a color they don't have yet (they have a LOT already) it's super easy to submit as a suggestion and they'll find and add it before you know it! Wow, I wish I had found it sooner! If you like nail polish you'll like this app

This is the best nail polish app I've used. Some of the nail polishes I have weren't on the app, but it's easy to suggest new polishes, and they were added pretty quickly (like the next day). It's super easy to look up and also add swatches. There are no nail polish duplicates. It's a great app to help organize the polishes you have and find more that you "need."

I'm really impressed with this app and the developers who designed it. Every single one of my nail polishes is in their database. When one is missing, there's a Suggestion place where you can enter info about the polish and the devs add it to the database very quickly! This app not only helps me avoid buying duplicate colors, but it shows swatches of nail polishes I don't have that I can add to my wishlist. The app also informs me when a new collection of polishes has been released. Amazing work.

I NEVER write reviews, but this app is awesome. I have almost 600 bottles so a good organizational app is important. The app I used to use decided to go to a subscription basis and they just weren't a good enough app that I'd pay for it monthly. Lawuergram is awesome The few polishes that I have so far that weren't in their database were added before I woke up the next morning. You guys rock!

This app is really good for cataloging nail polish. The only "problems" are: A)Sometimes after you've added a polish to the database, the bottle photo gets erased, and can't be added again, and B)Some brands aren't listed on the Search page, even though there ARE polishes by those brands in the database (you can type the brand name in the search bar though).

I truly love this app. The amount of time that must have went torwards creating it is truly mind boggling. They've literally tracked down EVERY POLISH EVER CREATED and if on the off chance they missed one they have it so u can take a pic of that polish along with the name and brand, press send and after that its usually added in the next 24 hrs, seriously awesome. There are a few glitches that can be annoying but nothing that would change its 5 star rating or deter me from using it.

Update 9.28.24 - latest update makes app unusable. No stars This has a large database and links to new collections so you can add polishes that are on the way. I use it to keep track of last usage and my random impressions when I wore the polish. You can sort by brand, of course, and by color or tag or description. Navigation and menu is rudimentary, but it's okay. Have almost 700 in my collection and there are bottle pics for most, this helps me know what I have so I don't duplicate purchases.

Overall, I really love this app as a place to catalog my collection, sort, and also see others swatches. The premium, IMO, is totally worth it so I can add my own swatch pics and export list if I wanted. Also, nearly every polish you can think of is in the database, including indies and limited releases. My only suggestion is to allow users to add their own tags or add tags to indie brands. This would really help when sorting my collection!

Overall a very user friendly app. Fairly easy to understand and has a large database of polishes including indies. It's easy to suggest a polish if the app doesn't already have it. Leaving comments isn't as intuitive (in my opinion) as many of the other features. It would be great if there was a way to "like" people's images. I do recommend it to friends.

Super useful and easy to use. Cute and handy extra features, I seriously have no complaints. It does take a while to input all of your nail polishes if you have a large collection -- there's no way around that. It's just the small inconvenience you deal with when you have an addiction to all things nails and nail art. You'll never buy two of the same polishes again! I could rave about Lacquergram for ages but I've ran out of space to do so. Just download it!!!
