Been using Land id® for a couple months now. It’s basically a property exploration and analysis app. Pretty solid if you’re into real estate, planning, or just curious about different areas.

Here’s what you can do – you can view any property in 2D or 3D, which is pretty cool. And there’s also tools to see things like contour lines, fiber optic density, and flood risk. And you can access all kinds of property data with just a tap – stuff like ownership, acreage, tax values. Takes a little time to figure it all out but it’s useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into real estate or just like exploring maps and data, you’ll probably enjoy this app. It’s not perfect – the 3D rendering can be a bit buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a deeper look at properties and land info.

So here's my take on Land id®. I've tested a bunch of real estate and mapping apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The 3D property views are the standout feature - you can really get a feel for a place without actually going there. The data access is also super convenient, like being able to see ownership details and tax info with just a tap. Not gonna lie though, the app can be a bit overwhelming at first with all the different tools and features. Takes some time to figure out. But once you get the hang of it, it's a really useful app if you're into this kind of stuff.
