My compass doesnt work with my new phone. I got a LG thin q. It worked great with my samsung. no matter how much i try to calibrate it wont move.

great app. wish you could download whenever you get bad reception, especially around Mackall

very glitchy. compass works ok. grid system is ok but maps are garbage. most don't load or work.

Best 2 dollars I ever spent. When the training environment is massive and you have to make your own road, this app is perfect

I tried it and it had no idea where I was. It constantly changed in sharp directions. Needs a lot of work. Would be very useful for land nav if it worked

Compass is frozen. I have a samsung z flip. Everything else works great. I tried google map to calibrate but no luck. Auto rotation is on. What else can I do to make the compass work?

I love this app! It's great to calculate distance, analyze terrains and helps getting the exact grid of the location you desire. I just wish they updated it more often.

Make an app for smartwatches (Tizen, Andriod Wear, and Apple watch) that can connect to the phones and display an arrow and distance towards coordinate/path. This would be very helpful.

Absolutely love the features and ease of use but would enjoy being able to map out trails and paths in an overlay that I could apply

Seems like it could be a good app but the magnetic compass does not work and the company has not responded to two emails asking for help. The magnetic compass does work in other apps on this phone.

Never cease to amaze us as users and active duty service members. This app has been a major help from field exercises to real world missions. Thank you for the updates and for your consistency to your mission as well as ours.

If you like to track distances, drop pins or check waypoints while walking in the woods this is the best 2 bucks your ever gonna spend. It has a few problems here an there but what navigation app dont have its problems. There are many map types even some nice topographical maps for evaluating you elevation. A+ guys, I would be interested if there are more map types available?

I've read many reviews where people say that the compass doesn't work sometimes. I experienced the same issue from time to time THE WORKAROUND: close the App 100%. Your points and history will be retained, but this will give the compass a hard reset. Thank me later 😁

I have used this app for years now and anytime I need grid locations and great pictures of locations, using it as a back up nav source when doing refresher land navigation, or even just getting some directional bearing on a super cloudy day this app is my go to! I will never not have it on my phone or my spouses phone.

The app is great the Coordinates work well. The compass doesn't work it lags a lot I did all the calibration options: google maps calibrated and working welll with high calibration. Also downloaded the GPS Status app as recommended and calibrated my GPS there too but the land nav app compass will still not work properly. My buddy has the app on iPhone and his does not lag as mine does

Nooooooo! What did you do!!? Last update has made this app so annoying to use. The compass is almost unusable as it goes from north to south constantly giving me no idea of which way im actually facing. Ive had to download a compass app to get the proper direction and it works fine. This app was perfect before now I'm constantly having to close app and re-open to make it work properly. Can you change it back to the original please. If it ain't broke don't fix it my guys.

Bought this app for the little "reconnaissance patrol" my friend and I like to do every 4th of July. It worked great even having no signal out in the Tillamook forest of Oregon. I was able to set a nice route that followed the low ground using the included topographical map feature. My only grip with the app is that you can't select the actual course lines and move them at will to follow terrain features like a winding river. Would recommend overall!

i use this quite a bit for work. For my purposes as a trainer, it's more efficient than burning through AAA batteries on a Fortrex every day and a half, and it's instantly available as soon as I open the app if I forget to fire it up before I need to call of a grid. A Fortrex takes time to boot up, and accquire satellites. I recently got a Samsung smart watch, but I can't move this app over to it. If there was an update that was compatible with smart watches, that would be even better.

This app is great. I use it for work almost every day. I ride an ATV for work and have to navigate trails for military training. The only thing I wish i could do is track my movement on trails and have it save on the map like the MGRS app as some trails are not on the map or show on the map but are actually overgrown and not drivable. If it had this feature i believe this app would be the only app worth using 100%

This app had so much potential. It worked liked a charm and used it to help teach classes and confirm pace counts and land nav points, etc. However, the compass is now frozen. I conducted all of calibration steps and none of it worked. I downloaded other apps and the compass for them functions on my phone. If th e compass worked, this would be a five-star app.
