They apparently require a picture of you holding some form of ID next to your face to delete your account. I would never suggest a company that would require such a ridiculous hoop to jump through. I highly recommend using a burner email with fake credentials like I did so when you inevitably find that they offer no value over the competitors you can safely uninstall and ignore this company.

Not the app the company. This has been the most unfortunate decision I've ever made. Landing sounds like a good idea. I'll stick to Airbnb and I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU do the same. Please beware of this company and READ reviews. This is a get rich quick company that cares about the money only. They don't care about location, safety, health. They'll leave you in a broken down trashed place and try to double charge to move locations. No customer service or accommodations. Text only! BEWARE!!
Terrible customer service, power went out no credits or refund for food lost. Trash outside building. Potholes in road where parking was. I was blamed for listing the unit on airbnb, which I did not. Had to defend myself in order to avoid an eviction notice that was set for the same day they found someone else listing the unit. Never spoke to a human on the phone always deflected by "manager" in text message. Terrible experience. Never again will I use them or recommend them.
What an absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Terrible check-in process, filthy apartment, questionable customer service, sketchy apartment complex (open drug use, porn being filmed on-site, cops constantly being called for fights, etc.) and the list goes on. It's a great concept in theory, but the execution is absolutely shameful. All-in-all, what a miserable 3 months but so glad to now be gone!!!
This would be an amazing app if it wasn't just like getting into an apartment. You still have to go through the same things just with no lease. Unfortunately, some of us were really excited to find this app until we realized it wasn't any different from trying to rent. I have been in an extended stay for almost 2 years, and I work, but it's hard to rent, so I was so excited, but there's no difference.
It was a pleasant and smooth experience after a long day of moving. I'm really picky and the kitchen supplies are top notch with stainless steel as a standard, quality knives, and glass Tupperware. I don't often give five stars but they deserve them.
Not helpful or organized at all, place had bugs and I'm just stuck with them....they have no control over the properties they put you in and dealing with the landing team is like pulling teeth. Looking for legal aid to get out of their six month contract because this sucks. Also the original booking I had was cancelled on their end which is how I got stuck here.
I thought this was an app that'll help you find apartments. Unfortunately I'm only being shown check in-check out options. I downloaded the app last night and Un-installed it this morning. You can't even delete your account without requesting permission to do so. Ridiculous.
Thieves, they give you a price , turns out you pay for other stuff you never asked for, they cancel your reservation then blame it on you , they canceled my reservation becuz someone else booked the same unit , then they didnt want to refund me for it , it took 3 days and many hours of calls till they refunded me and i didn't have a home but they didnt care , dont book through this app at all
Everything appearance wise is awesome. The units appliances are nice and it cane with everything. The only issue I had was that the water smelled like rotten eggs. I looked up that it would be a a water that is producing suffer like bacteria plus one of the stove aisles did not work. Other than that the unit was nice. Update: Landing reached out and I just needed to flush with hot water. That did the trick!
Sketchy. Downloaded app since I will be moving soon, but it was just way too expensive. Tried to delete the account I just made, but in order to delete your account, you have to send a photo of yourself holding your ID next to your face to "prove your identity". I'm not sending a photo of my ID to them, so I guess I have to keep my account open and block their emails.
Twice I was approved for an apartment and then a week or 2 before the move-in date was told the apartment was no longer available and landing was unable to honor the agreement. They did always offer other options...of course much more expensive, and most too far away. The app itself is very easy to use, but I cannot recommend the company.
Great idea, poor execution, terrible customer service. Service requests I made took weeks to get a response if I ever got one at all. A few times I had to contact the apartment complex directly to get help. Once I had no wifi for two weeks because no one replied to my multiple service requests or emails. They also say on their site they require two weeks notice for move out but don't clarify that's only for transfers and otherwise you need 30 days which is misleading. Stay elsewhere if you can.
...apartments can show availability in the search list or on the map, BUT they aren't actually available! Called an agent to ask about this quarky / buggy app' and his advice was to "try and book it. If the app' doesn't allow you to book it, then it's not available." . . . Really?!?!? 😒 😑 How about: if it's not available 🤔 take it OFF the list / map / app' ?!?!? Frustrating to say the least.
every time I open the app I'm asked to update. over and over. I called and talked to someone. he was to get back with me and never did.
Great condo. A little lack of communication to let me know I would be using the Landing app to know where to stay instead of the airbnb app but once I called, everything was sorted out.
Can't get into my unit. Created an account with my Google account, but it used the wrong email. Signed out and logged in with the correct email, but for some reason it signed me into my Google account. Now I cant sign in with the correct email to access my reservation.
This app does not work well with Android. Many times I get locked out because this app doesn't work to open doors.
I had to call the support team multiple times about multiple problems to include not having access to my reservation or not having the ability to unlock the door and more.
