Been using Landlordy: Rent Manager App for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help landlords and property managers track rent payments, expenses, and all that other stuff that comes with being a landlord. Pretty solid app if you’re into real estate and rental properties.
Here’s what you do – you can log all your tenants, track their rent payments, and even send invoices and receipts. And there’s also a way to log expenses and take photos of receipts, which is pretty cool. And you can get reminders for late payments or when leases are up for renewal – took me a while to figure that one out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re a landlord or manage rental properties, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a simple way to stay on top of your rental business.

So here's my honest take on Landlordy: Rent Manager App. I've tested a bunch of property management apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features like tracking rent, logging expenses, and sending invoices all work really well. And it's not the prettiest app, but it's easy enough to use once you get the hang of it. The notifications for late payments and lease renewals are a nice touch too. My only real gripe is that some of the more advanced reporting features feel a little half-baked. But for a basic rental management tool, Landlordy gets the job done.
