This app is Good but it doesn't allow you to see and connect to others that need house in the app that is the only problem I am having The app manager should try to allow landlords to locate tenants around their country and currency They only Allow u to bring ur own tenants ?? They should try to allow people locate others who are looking for house if not for this issue I would have given them one star Thank you and look forward to uprage or improve the standardforlandlordswho

In the new version, when I export Rent Receipt to PDF, it does not show payment notes. In previous version I was able to see payment notes in the PDF export. Please fix this.

Updated version doesn't allow me to send invoice as a message. It had the option before. Please bring that feature back.

Unfortunately it doesn't work in Canada to collect . The app seems to work very well but they have no means to collect rent. They will get a five-star once that's figured out.

Easier to use compared to other apps I tried. Just what I was looking for to keep track of my rental earnings and expenses as well as sharing invoices with tenant!

Frustrating. Finding the different actions in the app is very not intuitive. I spend a lot of time just entering payments or sending invoices, etc. Basic functions should not be hard to find.a

Great app. Does what I need it to, track rent and payments. Very easy to get a rent ledger whenever I need one. Would be great if it could also tell me the effective paid to date

So far, so good. Was using Quickbooks but paying $26/mo just to track my tenants and payments - this does everything I need and is a much better value because I also connect to my laptop with the Windows Your Phone app.

It a good app. It's user friendly, fast and simple. However, it only has no currency options to choose from or none, it has a fixed USD symbol. Looking forward for a refined update.

It's a very handy and impressive app. it's gets everything done so far I have no complains

Love the app but no sync from iOS to android device. I am using the app since couple of years with ipad that time there is no app for Android. As this now available, it be great that I can use the account to sync data between the devices so that I can use the app both in android mobile and iOS ipad or app.

Simple, quick and powerful! No login screens and no progress bars, just the things that matter - dead simple expense tracking, tenant payment log with receipts sharing and neat balance statements and reports. Amazing for the price.

Rental reports on time. Precise and easy to read statements means my tenants are clear about what and when payments are due.

This app has been a blessing so far. I am a new landlord and had tried to create an access database to help me with my small business. But this is so much easier at a reasonable price too. Can't fault it yet it does everything I need. The only thing I need to try is to see if I can rent using multiple currencies having property in the UK and abroad.

It's a pretty good app to manage a house with multiple rooms. I like that it automatically schedules the next rent period for each tenant. However, it would be great if there was an option to pre-schedule dates into the future until the contract end date. That way, I can send an annual statement to the tenant with expected payment dates. Also, the pdf is not editable. Adding additional options to include into the pdf would help if it's possible in a future update...

Works great and simple to use. Would pay more for ability to use on and between multiple devices, especially laptop. And would love to see abliity to store receipts more permanently in files on laptop. Unless I just can't figure out how to do it?! Thank you!

Best app I've found that which has most of what I need and easy use. Love it so far. - I would love to see an updated version where I am able to set an auto invoices generator with pre-set information to send to my tenants every month utilizing the lease term period. The date on the invoice would also Change every month. - A one click preset payment receipt. - A pre-set lease renewal reminder with one click pre-set auto send.

Very easy to use app. Great functionality, but more importantly they listen to customers using the product. I asked a question about a handy function that was missing from the app and it just came up in an update! 5 stars

So far I am enjoying the app I can now send reports and reminders to my tenants with such ease, well done.
