This app is Good but it doesn't allow you to see and connect to others that need house in the app that is the only problem I am having The app manager should try to allow landlords to locate tenants around their country and currency They only Allow u to bring ur own tenants ?? They should try to allow people locate others who are looking for house if not for this issue I would have given them one star Thank you and look forward to uprage or improve the standardforlandlordswho

In the new version, when I export Rent Receipt to PDF, it does not show payment notes. In previous version I was able to see payment notes in the PDF export. Please fix this.

Updated version doesn't allow me to send invoice as a message. It had the option before. Please bring that feature back.

Unfortunately it doesn't work in Canada to collect . The app seems to work very well but they have no means to collect rent. They will get a five-star once that's figured out.

Easier to use compared to other apps I tried. Just what I was looking for to keep track of my rental earnings and expenses as well as sharing invoices with tenant!

Frustrating. Finding the different actions in the app is very not intuitive. I spend a lot of time just entering payments or sending invoices, etc. Basic functions should not be hard to find.a

Great app. Does what I need it to, track rent and payments. Very easy to get a rent ledger whenever I need one. Would be great if it could also tell me the effective paid to date

So far, so good. Was using Quickbooks but paying $26/mo just to track my tenants and payments - this does everything I need and is a much better value because I also connect to my laptop with the Windows Your Phone app.

It a good app. It's user friendly, fast and simple. However, it only has no currency options to choose from or none, it has a fixed USD symbol. Looking forward for a refined update.

It's a very handy and impressive app. it's gets everything done so far I have no complains
