free trial does not work, just serves ads

I paid $9.99 for the app even though it said trial. I had 1 property to search, and I got an error code. I tried to report the error, but the report error button didn't work. It should be zero stars. My 10 dollars was a gift to them!

I purchased this app and paid for a lifetime subscription for $99.99. Everytime I try to login to the App it tryst to charge me to use it. I have reached out to customer support and get an email that says. I am busy right now and will respond in 2 days. I have described what was going on and have not received any assistance. Beware.

tried to start an account but you give only 30 seconds to get the passcode get it from your email back to the program within that same 30 seconds you got to wait for support to send itto send it I tried 10 times I had to wait longer than the 30 sec. they give you to get back and put it in the box. I never got to put an account in all I got was a basic and the basic is not worth a flip it will not show you when you move closer to the property line. I would probably give a better review.

Do not download. It loaded an ad that opened PayPal and tried to trick me into signing to complete a payment. I don't even know what it was trying to get me to pay for. Run away from this one. It's not worth the hassle. There are definitely better and less shady land id aps.

Absolutely useless. It doesn't know where my property is. It thinks it's very far away from where it actually is. I request a refund three times. They just manually update it, it's still wrong, they argue how the description is similar to onXmaps. I show them how the property lines are less accurate than onXmaps. They refuse to acknowledge and ignore requests for a refund. Don't buy this because it's an inferior product and their customer service flat out ignores requests for a refund.

spend more time trying to get the app to work then anything. can't find half the locations I type in. roads dont have names most times app is just Uninstalled and installed many times. dont show in subscriptions and purchased lifetime. when it works it is nice but I had much better luck with onx hunt which I may renew as this app never works correctly when needed. plus side is i like the price for lifetime which made me try it

Terrible app. UI is unusable and whatever you do don't pay for it . I paid for the whole package and basically the only areas it successfully updated the information and were la and Southern California. Outside of that it was pretty much useless. Try hunt X. It's originally an app for hunters that are trying to figure out if they're on public land and if it's huntable or not but it also loads every single bit of public data. Can't even get data like tax address and last sold price.

could not find any property. the app is either broken or just doesn't work.

Do not use this app I paid the $6.35 and it don't even work. it never loaded a single thing.

app don't seem to work,keeps wanting me watch videos and won't show what I'm looking for

"I got my dispute credit from AmEx" I just purchased the lifetime subscription and immediately changed my mind because it doesn't work at all and now I can't cancel it. I contacted Google and they said they can't issue a refund that a refund must come from the developer. The developer doesn't respond to my emails, I see no other way but to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I've tried to cancel within the 3 day free trial period 10 times and can't do so no matter what I try.

It says there is a trial subscription available, but when you click on the trial link, it takes you to the subscription page and says $9.99 starting today. It does not mention how long the trial period is and I wasn't willing to click on the monthly subscription unless I knew for sure that the trial would be applied. The way it looks, $9.99 would be removed from my account and I haven't even been able to see if I like how it works and if it's useful for me.

I totally recommend this app!! Our address did not register, so I contacted them like it asked, they were promptly on it! They were very friendly and kept me well informed on what was happening. Great Customer Service it was refreshing to actually have a conversation with a real person and not a "Bot". The issue was resolved quickly and with manners from the CS rep. My messages were answered within minutes!! Great app! Totally recommend! Thanks again for the help!

"No search results found" was the response I got far too many times for this app to be of any use to me. I find it very hard to believe that all (only one search was successful), of the properties I tried to look up, fall within that "1%" of properties your app cannot access. The app froze up a few times, too. I uninstalled/reinstalled and cleared the cache, and wasted about 15 minutes on this joke of an app. In the end, I gained absolutely nothing. All of the 'Rate Us' options won't even load!

This app doesn't work. Every time I try to enter an address, county or city it just keeps popping up a page with a bunch of terms and agreements writing on it and when you click the X to close it, it takes you to a blank screen or back to the search. When you type in a city, county or address, it keeps saying address not found or city up found and so on.

4 squares of little examples and then afterwards they want you to sign up and pay without really getting your own experience of what you would be paying for. It gave me like four or five commercials while I was trying to locate parcels of land that I would have preferred to have looked at it left me with a blank screen, a search screen that if I touched into the search location it threw another commercial at me.

Don't buy it. If something goes wrong, no refund. I Paid the lifetime price, and nothing happens. No information, no properties, no nothing. Just the circling wheel of death, implying that the usage is sucking the life out of my battery. I'm going to try to contact someone for assistance or a refund, but maybe this review will expedite things. update: a month later, still junk. don't expect your money back because it's gone. $99 in my case.
