I just purchased the pro package and I'm trying to email one of my potential clients and if keeps telling me I can't email from this device.

signed up and everything was great until I tried to enter bank info. screen freezes and when you back page you loose all your bank info. please fix so I can use your app
I couldn't create an account. I was told it was invalid. I would like to look further into this app to build my business but can get past the email situation.
Completely signed up and got to the last page and it asked me for my email and password you hit next it does nothing ....app is frozen . Locks up and does nothing. next app please what a waste of my time....I will create my own rather than help correct and design your app for you
This software is very nice. It runs without any delay and lag. You can manage and complete your jobs faster.
Waste of time and money, app is fixed then 50 new bugs happen does not work when I need it most. Hindering my company from growth

Loan Buddy automatically sent an invoice after I did a job for my customer without my permission. Lawn Buddy took my customers money and they will not release it to me. I have only had the app for one week and they took the $50 payment saying that they can't release the money because there was money laundering going on in 2020.

Very user-friendly app. They strive to meet their high expectations and focus more on quality than quantity. App does have it's hiccups here and there but overall this company does am outstanding job with their work and and the employees are great as well
have had 1 job in a months time. customer was very picky, especially for someone who is paying less than what anyone would normally charge.. was home the whole time and never said anything aboit a scalped place on his lawn to me, but when it came time for me to get paid he had all kinds of things to say about me. therefore i was denied my payout abd he was issued a refund! very dissatisfied with them at this point.
The lawn buddy crew are great as well from as far as I know,I've had their crew call me and explain how they work and try to work with you, I personally like the advertisement they offer, I just haven't been able to afford it just yet. But I will.yes I believe so, I'm not sure what exactly that is but they got everything.
This is an amazing app allowing me to not only send invoices but also keep great contact with our clients via push notifications and messaging. The project estimation part of the app is pretty great when doing mulch or other landscaping jobs. While the app is great the crew running ot is equally amazing I live the fact that I'm able to talk to someone if I have a problem or cant figure something out on my own rather than just get a generic email back.
if all you want is an app to store customer information on this app does that. it doesn't do anything else it claims worthwhile, it's poorly setup and now it won't even show me my schedule after June. Ridiculous.
Ihave had the app now for over a month and only recieved one job. It tells me new jobs are available all the time and there never are. I check my phone all the time and recieve notifications but im probably just going to delete the app.
I must say the interface is extremely simple and easy to understand exactly what you're looking at. Easy to get ahold of representatives and tech, big A plus on customer service. If you're just starting lawncare, this is a great place to help manage your customers, workers and business.
Easy input. Not confusing at all. Some things need to be edited. Would like to edit addresses after setting jobs, would like to put a price range in rather than 1 set price per size. I'm sure there will be more updates needed but so for the least complicated that I have tried.
It started out good, but lately I have to enter a service date several times before it will save on an invoice. Same thing when trying to save jobs. They just don't save without closing out the app several times. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I'm gonna have to find another option soon if it continues.
