Description

I’ve been using LazyFit: Chair Yoga & Pilates for a couple months now. It’s basically a virtual fitness app that lets you get in shape without any equipment. Just use your chair or bed and follow along with the workouts. Pretty solid app if you’re into fitness but don’t wanna do a hardcore gym routine.

Here’s what you do: there’s a 28-day challenge you can follow with different chair exercises, bed workouts, yoga, and pilates. It’s got personalized recommendations based on your goals, which is pretty cool. And it even incorporates mindfulness through somatic exercises – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re looking to get fit without killing yourself, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna be lazy and fit at the same time.

Editor Opinion

So here's my honest take on LazyFit: Chair Yoga & Pilates. I've tested a bunch of fitness apps and this one's pretty good for what it is. The variety of workouts is solid, from chair exercises to pilates to yoga, and I like how it personalizes things based on your goals. The mindfulness aspect is a nice touch too. But it's not without its issues - the app can get repetitive and the ads can be a bit annoying if you don't pay. Overall though, it's a pretty decent option if you want a simple way to stay active without a ton of effort.
