So here's my honest take on Le Pass. I've tried a bunch of transit apps and this one's pretty solid. The features are really useful - you can plan your whole trip, buy passes, and get alerts all in one place. And it's super convenient to just show your phone instead of fumbling for cash or a physical card. But it's not without its issues - the higher level upgrades take forever, and the ads can get old if you don't pay. Still, if you ride public transport a lot, I'd say it's worth giving this a try.

Description

Been using Le Pass for a couple months now. It’s basically a public transit app that lets you buy bus, streetcar, and ferry passes right on your phone. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can plan your whole trip in the app – see all the routes and schedules, set alerts for service changes, and save your favorite stops. And then you just tap to buy a pass and show your phone to the driver when you get on. No more worrying about having cash or a physical card.

Look, if you ride the bus or train a lot, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a convenient way to pay for your rides.

Code for purchasing usually doesn't come through. Once I got it working (thus upping to 2 stars), Live Location works sometimes at best. Schedule times are meaningless. And you're supposed...

EDIT:This app is Worthless without the GPS tracking. Now with the new schedules it's even less accurate. And no, the "time marked in green" is NOT correct. Why couldn't they...

Payment option defaults to Google Pay which... does not work. Unable to purchase multiple single rides in one transaction (especially bad for groups and families). Real-time tracking is way too...
