We have just made it to Lesson 60 and our child is reading very well at 4 years old. They are capable of reading 1st and 2nd books at this time. If you're of a supplemental tool, this is a wonderful app. This is not an app you leave your child with. The is a teamwork effort between parent and child and the results have been amazing! We highly recommend this app.

My daughter just completed all 99 lessons! she is six years old now and was five when we started and struggling with reading despite my everyday efforts to teach her. I homeschool and utilize whatever tool I can. She was struggling with dyslexia and now the struggle is gone. the design helps us both stay focused. I am now using it to help my 3 year old who struggles with speach. I can already see improvement. one problem is you do have to tap things multiple times.

Lessons are simple and one-step, interface is clean so he can focus on learning, lots of repetition in differing ways to ensure competency before moving on. I'm only 1 day in with my son (4.5 years old) and I can tell it's worth every penny. He finished lesson 4 and is already reading two letter words before we finished the lesson. Amazingly high quality.

This program is very good! My daughter enjoys doing the lessons and playing the games. We also use the printables.

my kiddo loved the educational games, not a big fan of reading full books but they where small enough that he got through them I like that we can go back and redo lessons, along with the adult print outs to help practice outside of the app 😀

this is a great app if you know how to read. if you can hire a tutor or sit through the lessons with your children. then you can guide them through it. however, it is somewhat counterintuitive.

I wasn't hoping for a free learning game, but there are free ones out there. you're listed as a free app. but it's only free for a week. if you want to pay your developers and teachers. make it a paid app. not free for a week and then gotta pay a recurring subscription.

It's a great app with great ideas for parents. Just wish it went a little slower. to retain things better. My son is doing well so he is fine with how fast it goes. but my daughter would have had a hard time learning at this pace.

the program is great, the app doesn't work on the fire tablet and has been incredibly frustrating. it keeps freezing and the slider doesn't work

I have tried so many apps for my child but none of them provided the basic foundation needed in reading for my child .This app was life changing both for me and my child.I often catch her trying to read nameboards and words on her own.Thank you so much!

My daughter just finished the program and she loved it. It was her favorite thing to do for school. Before trying this, I had tried several different curriculums to teach her the letters and their sounds but she never retained the information. Now she is reading all the time and that brings me joy.

I can't even put into words how much I love this app. I am a kindergarten teacher with a brilliant daughter of my own. she just barely turned 4 and I started looking at apps because I was lacking time to teach her at home. I was really picky about finding an app that follows the science of reading, but this one absolutely does! it follows exactly how we are taught as teachers to get kids reading and in a few short weeks I have seen her reading skills just explode. This app is amazing 😍

It poses like a free app but it costs money. especially as a child focused app, they should list that up front. They also try to collect a bunch of information to lure you in before they let you know there is a price involved. Nothing wrong with a paid app, but they should be upfront about it, not waste your time first.

The subscription is expensive so I expected a finished polished app. Going through the first lesson nothing worked right. Sliders made no sound, buttons were randomly unclickable which blocked progress requiring a reload which reset progress. The alphabet song was not built in a way to encourage singing along and it used an odd selection of vowel sounds and example words. Had this been a cheap app I might have accepted this and tried to work through it but for the price this is unacceptable.

I like the app, we have started our 3 year old son early. There are two flaws with the app, firstly it is in American English rather than English. Secondly the volume is awful, the alphabet song is really loud and the remaining app is too quiet. I've tried this across multiple devices but it's all the same. A real shame really as my son can't hear all the lessons. If these were fixed, it would definitely be 5 stars.

This app provides: easy steps and guidance for parents; fun and easy lessons for the kids, along with great reinforcement games/activities; the lessons aren't too long, nor too short... I could go on, I'm so impressed! I'm very confident this app will greatly assist our reading journey! I did the 7 day trial but knew almost immediately after our first lesson that we'd be paying for the subscription. Wish it could be a little cheaper, but in many ways, I can understand its worth.

- Their application has an unsubscribe option which doesn't work, you need to do it via Google subscription. - if your child is already capable to excel past lesson 25. you'll need to manually progress through all of them.

I absolutely love this app and so does my child (age 4.5). It's really interactive and engaging. He does get pretty tired reading the books so we split the lesson (currently on level 38) in two half's. Everything upto the book one day, book the next day etc. The only downside is that is is not in British English so some words have to be translated due to the strong accent and no pronounciation of "T"

This app is worth it. My daughter needs the daily repetition of letter names and vowel sounds. It teaches phonics, blending, and sight words. You sit with your child and help them along when they are reading and working through the levels which I love. There are coloring word pages as well as games to print out along the way. She's already on level 62, and I know we will both be sad when it's over. I would love for higher levels for this so she could continue her reading practice.

Super engaging and fun app! It's great to work with young kids, or as a refresher for elem age. The lessons are short but interactive and my 3 year old loves it. As a teacher, I'd change some things- using the terms upper/lowercase instead of big/little, using "the letter spells the sound" instead of "says", and being more aware of pictures that go with letter sounds (elephant isn't the best representation for E since it has the sound L, not short e), updating some of that language= 5 stars
