This app seems great, but it has one major (and dangerous) flaw. Alternating between exercises, videos and Ads there is a huge volume change. You need to raise your volume to the max for the exercises. As soon as it's done, an Ad pops up at 20x the volume. Since this app requires headphones, it blasts your ear drums. Many people complain about this and the developers give the standard "thank you for your feedback" response. Fix this before you damage someone's hearing!

Difficult. I use to sing decade ago for a few different choirs and the starter trainings are waaay too difficult for a beginner. That arpeggio training is brutal and all the trainings are too damn fast for a beginner to start to develop form. Please try looking at a few YouTube videos such as the starter lessons from Singeo. REALLY good and they will have you up and running with basic voice training exercises quickly.

it's cool, think you might have to get some really nice headphones with a really nice mic. cause if not the scales are going to be all over the place.

Sorry, this is too expensive. £16.50 a month, although at least you get a 3 day trial, unlike other singing apps. I don't want to pay that much, so I can't comment on the app.

Not for beginning or intermediate-level singers. The warm-up exercises on Day 1 are advanced already with a very fast tempo. For similar warm-up exercises with a slow tempo, one might get a high score and 3/3 stars on an app like Riyaz, but you might get 20/100 points and 0.5/3 stars in this app. It seems that the app tries to discourage users from ever learning to sing, unless you are already a very advanced singer.

I haven't used to this app to its full experience yet but after paying the $8 for the lessons I have to say it's not very intuitive. When you're trying to hit certain notes Sometimes the program will completely miss hear you and fail the lesson.. And there's no way to try again you have to start the lesson over. Other than that the program has been very useful and I hope to continue using it to advance my voice but so far could really use a lot of fine tuning because it's not good for feedback

This has really helped me learn to sing. I grew up in a family that always told me I couldn't sing. That was quite inhibiting so having an app that gives me immediate feedback about being on tune or not has really helped counter the negative messages I received growing up. I would happily pay for an app that allowed me to pick songs and could tell me if I was staying on key when I sang them.

Honestly not the best vocal app. It seems to record sound hitting the notes whether I'm actually singing or not.. Which doesn't help me to know if I'm actually hitting the notes correctly myself. It also keeps prompting me to plug in a headset, which I did, but then I can't even hear anything. It works better without a headset. Also, when I hit playback recording, I can't even hear my own voice, just the loud music. I'm sorry to say but I'm not impressed. Uninstalling.

Honestly, It's like I'm playing a video game with my voice as the controller. I've only been messing with this for a few minutes and I can already tell I'm gonna get the hang of singing really well if I stick at this a few months. I also noticed if I close my eyes and try to sync my voice it trains my ears to sync to the tones. 😉😁 Never imagined there could be such a useful app for singing!

Buyer beware. This app doesn't pick up your voice well enough to give any useful feedback. The timing is off, so the scores are consistently and discouragingly low. I tried using it for four days then requested a refund. Denied. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Don't get scammed out of a full year $99 payment like I did.
