The app is solid, as scheduling apps for work go. But an improvement that could be made is in push notifications. I had to have a coworker tell me when he put in a shift swap offer, the app never does.

I don't like that this app dangles money you don't have yet like "you can withdraw $70 today!" from my next paycheck. but it will MAKE YOU PAY THEM MONEY TO DO IT!!! there's no way to disable the popup so it's like a constant devil trying to get you to use money you shouldn't so they can get that fee from you

This app used to be GREAT for getting work schedules. NOT ANYMORE! I have had to delete all my other apps for this storage hog that wants to update every other week. WHY???Get rid of the instant pay bs & go back to being a schedule app. I have nothing left to delete, but you... Bye

I am still receiving an error stating the app has a bug. I've cleared the cache and rebooted but it changed nothing. The error occurs when navigating to a particular screen.

every time I tried to view weekly schedule it closes out the app. I've Uninstalled and re-downloaded it 3 times and still does the same thing. It says it has a bug then it says it needs to update but there is no update available.

There has been an issues for the last 2 days. When I click on activities it closes the app. After doing this a few times I finally get an error message saying there is a big attached to app and to reinstall or update after developer fixes the problem.

The mobile app now often deletes availability from OTHER weeks when updating availability on another week entirely. Not just visual as I've corroborated this bugged change to also be seen on desktop browser and by managers after using the mobile app to update availability. Been having to do all availability updates on desktop instead. Also, any service with a login that doesn't have 2FA in this day and age is just asking to not pass a NetSec smell test. Wouldn't use it if work didn't make me.

I don't really know how to navigate around there. It's really handy, I'd really like more information. There was a few times I went to that app hoping to find the name of the company that owned Dollar General. I needed to know that for banking reasons, it seemed. I didn't see information of that nature anywhere. I hope this is helpful. Other than that, it's a very robust application! Great work! Thx

The most recent update broke the app completely, I can't even get to my schedule or anything. When I open the app it's just a blank white screen and never loads, even if left open for a while.

After just moving states with no bank account, this app helped me get going and keeps me going in a pinch. keeps me on track knowing exactly when I work, even updates instantly, if there are any changes. Amazing app would recommend!.

Logged me out...tried getting back on, but must have forgot password so i hit forgot login. Well, it sends me a code and a link but the link doesnt load at all. This is frustrating. I had troubles in the beginning trying to even get my invitation code to work and now this. I count on this app for my schedule, i work 2 jobs and cant always run to the store to see it. This is ridiculous.

Disappointed. It's great for just knowing what you work that day, but anything beyond that its just not capable of. Very, very basic. Managers should be able to edit the schedule and approve punches from the app. That would be amazing and that would actually be a worthwhile app. This is just as basic as having a picture of the schedule on your phone. It's would also be awesome if you could see the whole schedule at a glance instead of going day by day

Got logged in once, while registering account. Haven't been able to login since. Just cycles backwards to the first login screen, to put my email in again, after putting in my employee ID, initials, and password. Tried clearing cache & data, and finally just uninstalling & reinstalling, all to no avail. Was hoping to see my work schedule with this. It's also crashing a lot. I'll change my review, if I get a response and it works to fix it.

I was under the impression that this would be fully functional from home just like at store. It's does not allow us to make schedules or adjust schedules from the app. The training on computer when logging in sucked. Very dissapointing from a store managers perspective! This was all advertised to be much better than it actually turned out to be.

The app works fine when it works, but there's no way to contact the devs. Their email is defunct. My issue is listed below 👇 I've been trying to use the app to check my hours this week and have not been able to due to a bug in the code. It logged me out and won't let me log back in without "updating the app". The app is fully updated, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix the issue, and restarting my phone didn't work either. This is one of the only ways for me to check my schedule.

The app runs fine, it is accurate, but it is missing ALOT of basic features. "Manager view" is a joke, it's basically the same as employee view (can't approve timesheets, edit timesheets, etc...) Also... There needs to be a way to see the entire schedule for the week. Not just day by day when I work. If I want to see who works tomorrow morning, I should be able to see that in the app..... A very basic essential that is missing....

Like knowing when I work just by having this app. Could be better if I was able to see. My day to day time punches. Only shows what I'm supposed to work. Does t say if or when I punched in or out and the total for that day or time period. Also be nice to beable to send messages to other team members or have a message board for a store as a whole.. Also if you could set up time notifications through it instead of setting your own. It only does one 30 before your shift starts .

I would've given it more stars, but last wednesday is when it started. I had this app for almost three weeks. It was working fine for the first week, but after that, i've been having trouble logging in. After that, i changed my password and the app is saying that i'm offline when i'm actually online. What the f is going on? I hope you guys can fix it soon before i lose my mind. thanks for your time.

Update: The app asked me if I wanted to use instant pay. I clicked "don't ask me again" and now there is an "activate instant pay section" permanently on my screen where my schedule is. I declined the option but that wasn't enough I guess. I would give zero stars if possible. ----- Constantly logs me out and clock in feature never works properly Taking a picture of my schedule is more convenient than using this app

I am having a very bad experience with the instant pay and after putting in several tickets it is still not resolved! I will receive the notification of my available funds but once I try to confirm the amount to withdraw, it states an error has occurred and the account is paused again! I pray someone can please fix what ever it is causing this issue. Almost a month has passed and I am so frustrated that I don't have the option to use this without any issues occurring!
