Stop pushing lemon8 notifications in my TikTok account. I don't care that someone I follow in another posted in this stupid app. so I definitely don't want notification bubbles about it. I only downloaded this to try and turn off the notifications or unlink the account in some way and it turns out you cannot delete your lemon8 account without also deleting your Tik Tok account. SEEMS VERY SHADY that I have to give one app access to my data and cannot delete it without losing my entire tiktok acc

great ideas for all levels of life. love it. ❤️❤️❤️... you can find whatever you looking for since I am a foodie, all types of ways to change the dinner menu. keep it up but please don't knock pininterest out the league☺️. also don't like the ads 🙎

The app doesn't work correctly. I installed it, chose some interests, etc. I came back to the app a few weeks later to check it out again, but it won't log me in. just keeps kicking me to the sign in page, despite it knowing my working TikTok credentials or phone number. tried updating, cleaning cache. Uninstalling.

I like the app. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the app is constantly showing I have 99 notifications and I don't. I've refreshed, uninstalled, re-installed, and app update and nothing has worked. I'm on the verge of just uninstalling and avoiding the app altogether. It's annoying!!!!

It's a pretty cool app! There are a lot of posts you can learn from & of course, you can post something interesting for someone else to learn! It might seem strange when you first use it bc I automatically think of Instagram. So, what's the point of this when we have IG? I like that this app is more interactive between people. You can actually make some cool friends with the same interests! 🙌🏼

9.29.25 Slightly disappointed. After all this prompting to use the app. I get here and post but it changes all my sounds. I choose the music for a reason and for it to be muted or changed is kinda disheartening. I don't get to keep any of my music that I put onto my videos. Is that going to change? Or at least give me some better sound/music options. Once I get to know the app better, maybe I could change my review later.

I LOVE this app except for two things, I wish I could find and add people thru the app like you can everything else. Like have the people you may know list or since it's linked to TikTok have a people to add you follow on TT. I also wish we had a creator program on here to make $ like TT. But it's an amazing app none the less. Just get it to where we can add people like I mentioned and it will be perfect.

I adore this app, BUT! I downloaded it from Google PlayStore, and whenever it needs to update, Galaxy Store wants to take over the updates! What's going on? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it once, but that didn't fix the issue.. I don't want to lose all my data by switching stores. Edit: They fixed it for a while, but this problem is spreading to other apps.. Final Edit; I'm hoping it's fixed for good- it's held steady for 3+ weeks. LOVE the app itself ❤️ 💜 💖

Terrible algorithm. I ported over from TikTok and it's a completely different experience. I mark probably 95% of the videos they recommend as "not interested" but they keep sending me the same garbage. The only decent user experience is in the "following" section. I've never watched the type of content they're slinging at me on the FYP in my life. Rednote is so much better.

The app seems to work like it used to in a good way. However, it seems that I'm unable to take any photos or videos from anything other than my default photo gallery. On top of that, it is difficult for me to update things within the app or do anything that would otherwise keep me up-to-date with anything else. This proves to be troublesome since it is directly connected to TikTok. That fact alone makes it impossible for me to distinguish myself in any other way

I did like how you can sign in with tiktok & transfer/auto follow accounts you follow on tt. That's where it ends though. Loading....is testing my patience..Like another reviewer mentioned,"it's like instagram with thumbnails" (& pintrest) but NO in app video recording?! or LIVE options. It's surprising that it was even suggested as a tt substitute. I can't see it getting much use, as it is. Many app features & upgrades need to be considered.

Not sure if it's a bug/glitch, but when i try to follow someone, it doesn't show up that I follow them until the 20th time I go into someone's profile and click the follow button. Also, it didn't allow me to auto-follow my friends that are already on lemon8 I have to manually go find them. Wasn't that supposed to be one of the perks? Hopefully there's improvement, otherwise there is no use in downloading this app.

This app is terrible. No good music selections, no stickers, no effects, no option to turn downloads off for videos or pictures everything can be downloaded, no option to filter your comments they're either off or on. I don't even see an option to duet or go LIVE. Videos can't be longer than one minute so if you're uploading videos from TikTok and it's a minute and two seconds it will be rejected. The majority of my videos are acting skits which are over 2 minutes so now I can't even use them.

Tried it, don't like it. Feels like Instagram but with thumbnails. Scrolled through the thumbnails a few minutes and got bored. Tried to make a post but videos have to be short, less than a minute, and not much in the editing department...really basic. Also don't like that none of your Tiktok posts transfer over...I'm not starting over. If Tiktok does go away, I'll just use Instagram and Facebook. Great name, cause it's a lemon.

Love this so much. The only thing I wish and maybe its an operator error but I wish collections were in alphabetic order after giving you the 3 most recently posted on collections like Pinterest. So much more fresh ideas than Pinterest. I've used this app to help me lose weight, and learn things, grow my faith, and glow up. Love it 🤍

This is a really cute, really good app! However sending messages to others could definitely be improved. I'd like to be able to send the same post to multiple people at once, without having to do it individually. Id also like the ability to converse better via dms (respond to individual posts I was sent, maybe even like them) so that the person I was speaking to would know what I was responding to!!

Overall, it's pretty great. It has a comfy UI and great execution, but some things could be better. For starters, when I use the app, nothing ever loads. Posts and profile pictures stay as gray loading screens. Secondly, I'd prefer a dark mode. Bright things are very hard for me to see, and the color contrasts and hinders my focus. Last, it would be nice to be able to choose who can see your posts. I don't know if there's a friend system in place, but some posts are better kept in tight circles.

This app is at a good start, but I'm honestly disappointed that you can only upload a minute of footage. If you could upload longer footage, then I believe it could do much better. Also, I really don't like that you have to find videos on the homepage before you can scroll videos. The app is just not set up for casual scrolling, and It feels like you can't post much beyond pictures or 60-second clips. Also, it would help if the algorithm would push out smaller users/new videos to more people.

Honestly surprised but it's a really cute and fun social media app. It's kind of basic and simple, there's not a ton of content (not a ton of people use the app) and the variety is limited, but that's just what it is with smaller apps, it can grow. The layout is really nice and sleek, I don't feel overwhelmed looking at everything. A massive plus is the lack of ads. A lot of websites and social media nowadays bombard you with ads and it's awful, MAJOR kudos for the lack of ads 👍🏼👍🏼

It's a neat idea for an app but lacks certain features and has some weird quirks. It doesn't have a dark mode and the selection of interests at the start is limited (why is "technology" lumped in with "wellness"?). For whatever reason it doesn't let you enter a name (not a username) longer than 15 characters. So if you have a long name / last name, you'll have to deal with that. It can also be a bit buggy at times especially when switching between search categories.
