So far the app is great except that if you change your mind on the loan, you cannot cancel it until you recieve an offer. Additionally I did get 2 offers right away but for unknown reason they did not go thru. I've had to email them several times and they do respond, however my issue has not be fully resolved. Overall this app is a great concept just needs a little work. I'll change rating to 5 stars once the kinks are worked out!!

This service is useless and pretty much just wants to take the $10 from you for the yearly subscription after the extremely short free trial. I've been waiting three months for a loan, and the same amount of time fighting just to get a response that isn't automated from customer service. Update: three months trying to contact customer service and I finally got a one sentence response, misspelled, from an actual person after telling them that I filed for purchase protection to get my refund.

Virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with customer service. Paid the subscription sent out several emails and not a single soul has reached out to figure out why I can't use the app. I've yet to be able to use this app and I downloaded it over a week ago. If you have issues good luck getting the problems resolved because evidently they don't care.

Update: If your in a bind and need help, don't use this app. Plus customer service is unresponsive & will close your tickets. I have a new bank, so it works. Yet I made a loan request it's been sitting for 30+ days. From what I read in the FAQ a request will go away after 30 days, mine has not. I have tried to get a hold of customer service, it's been 10 or 12 days without a resolution. My bank isn't accepted cool concept, but it might be time to invest some effort to expand bank options.

Very well deserved 1* rating. I installed the app, went through ALL the verifications required, even initially was showing my maximum borrow amount was $200, what the payback total would be and I got to pick the duration of the installments. Then, it said one last thing! You have to subscribe. I rolled my eyes but chose the $1.99/mo subscription. I paid that THEN it said something went wrong, we can't fund your advance please contact support. This is bad. Very deceptive. Don't go through that!!!

My bank account wouldn't link properly because it kept saying it's "unverified" and then I've waited 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue with Customer Support. Customer Support isn't quick to respond at all. I even called and left a message, and they never even called me back. Lenme has so many issues and Customer Support is a problem. I've tried to get a cash advance for 3 weeks, and it's like pulling teeth.

Terrible!!! This by far has been the worse app I've ever downloaded. I put the app on my phone filled out all info and signed up for a subscription. But once I tried to apply for loan it tells me I need to get a subscription, the same subscription I already paid for. I wait a week just to see if it was a processing issue but still nothing. SMH!!

I requested a small loan 7 days ago and it's still sitting. I was under the impression that it was instant. Meanwhile I see others get loans all day long. I can't even cancel it. When I try to cancel it, it says once a lender reviews you can accept or decline. Then I was advised it can sit there for 30 days. It's useless. Especially for such a small amount having to wait 30 days is insane.

If I could I would leave zero stars. Had everything verified, ran into error when I tried to borrow. Kept getting an error, was told by customer service that they could not verify my information. And that they could not go into specifics and now because I can not use their app. Though they did manage to get their subscription fee from me. So don't use there are better apps then this one.

So far everything seems pretty simple and straight forward, the only problem I have had is for as many banks they support for whatever reason they don't support a single one of mine that I use. Pretty much seems they don't accept a lot of mobile banking banks, which they definitely should considering that's where my checks and payments go to. *Update: so, so far I have done all the requirements besides being able to link a bank that is acceptable because all of mine unfortunately are not..

App continuously glitches out and crashes. I paid for the subscription. Have a loan offer and can't even click the damn thing without it crashing and not responding. I've reached out to customer service which I have yet to hear Anything about it. I'll change my review if I ever do. Otherwise warning to the wise. Don't even bother downloading the app.

Terrible app. My initial review somehow got deleted. They charge you a fee up front before anything. Once you pay the fee you can submit for a loan, however the loan just sits. No one ever funds it, but you can't cancel the loan request until you have at least two offers. And you can't cancel your account while you have a pending loan.. it's a scam and should be shut down from the app store. Do not use!!

OMG I have been trying for months to use this app. Do you know what the customer service is? You spend a day-and-a-half emailing back and forth with someone or something that just keeps saying the same thing. "Can you explain in more details?" THEN WHEN U EXPLAIN IT WITH SCREENSHOTS THEY REPLY WITH THE SAME THING. If you go to rate the customer service that you proceed, the tickets close so you can trade it. Well how convenient. Idiotic and a waste of time

Same problem as everyone else. Signed up, clicked the subscription buttons (both) just for them not to work. E-mailed customer service, they got back to me but only gave me an hour to record a video of what was wrong so they closed my ticket because I didn't submit the problem in time. Reached out several more times just to be ignored. If I could rate this app and customer service zero stars, I would. Shut the app down if you don't want to help people. False advertising.

They refuse to do anything about their system flaws when it comes to scanning of drivers license. My id is brand new and not scratched or faded, and has been checked by DMV and has easily scanned by several other places with no issues. Their system will not scan it and they basically say it is my fault. I believe it most likely is that they already made decision and don't want to say so and just don't let the system scan. THEN THEY ALSO REFUSED TO DELETE MY INFORMATION FROM THE SYSTEM.

Requested a small amount of $100 just to try it out, that was 13 days ago and still "looking for investors". But when you look at the transaction history for other people getting loans they're giving loans out. Cannot cancel or modify the request for 30 days. Only took them 3 days to take out their annual fee. Glad they reminded me to rate them.

So far, in two plus months of having the app, I have applied for loans, but it gives me a message for about 3 weeks saying looking for lenders and I can't do anything until after it clears. No messages of acceptance or denial, just no longer waiting for lender. The app itself is easy enough to use, most things are self explanatory, but (at no fault of theirs) the Plaid platform has trouble communicating so you may have do the bank connection multiple times.

Terrible service. System is too full of requests for them to even consider you. Don't waste your time. Edit: Still the same score. Wanted to add that I've paid for the year just to try it out. I've put in 2 separate requests and nothing. You can't even cancel it until it's been over a month and they cancel it for you. Seriously what kind of system is that. After a few hours your request is so buried in everything that yours is never going to be seen. Use another app and save your time.

This app is terrible. The customer service is even worse. It took way too long to see if my loan was approved/denied so I cancelled it. I submitted a request to have my account deleted in March, which according to their own site should take 7 days to complete, and it's still active. I've reached out multiple times to get help and straight answers, but I'm continually given the run around. Don't download this and don't give them your info. It's a scam. There are more helpful apps out there.

nothing but problems with the app. deleted and re downloaded, contacted support on multiple occasions and just can't get past the picture of my ID and nobody can fix it apparently. but they didn't have a problem withdrawing that $10 fee to be a member less member. I paid $10 to sign up for the account apparently cuz I can't do anything else with it except sign in
