So far the app is great except that if you change your mind on the loan, you cannot cancel it until you recieve an offer. Additionally I did get 2 offers right away but for unknown reason they did not go thru. I've had to email them several times and they do respond, however my issue has not be fully resolved. Overall this app is a great concept just needs a little work. I'll change rating to 5 stars once the kinks are worked out!!

This service is useless and pretty much just wants to take the $10 from you for the yearly subscription after the extremely short free trial. I've been waiting three months for a loan, and the same amount of time fighting just to get a response that isn't automated from customer service. Update: three months trying to contact customer service and I finally got a one sentence response, misspelled, from an actual person after telling them that I filed for purchase protection to get my refund.
Virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with customer service. Paid the subscription sent out several emails and not a single soul has reached out to figure out why I can't use the app. I've yet to be able to use this app and I downloaded it over a week ago. If you have issues good luck getting the problems resolved because evidently they don't care.
Update: If your in a bind and need help, don't use this app. Plus customer service is unresponsive & will close your tickets. I have a new bank, so it works. Yet I made a loan request it's been sitting for 30+ days. From what I read in the FAQ a request will go away after 30 days, mine has not. I have tried to get a hold of customer service, it's been 10 or 12 days without a resolution. My bank isn't accepted cool concept, but it might be time to invest some effort to expand bank options.
Very well deserved 1* rating. I installed the app, went through ALL the verifications required, even initially was showing my maximum borrow amount was $200, what the payback total would be and I got to pick the duration of the installments. Then, it said one last thing! You have to subscribe. I rolled my eyes but chose the $1.99/mo subscription. I paid that THEN it said something went wrong, we can't fund your advance please contact support. This is bad. Very deceptive. Don't go through that!!!
My bank account wouldn't link properly because it kept saying it's "unverified" and then I've waited 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue with Customer Support. Customer Support isn't quick to respond at all. I even called and left a message, and they never even called me back. Lenme has so many issues and Customer Support is a problem. I've tried to get a cash advance for 3 weeks, and it's like pulling teeth.
Terrible!!! This by far has been the worse app I've ever downloaded. I put the app on my phone filled out all info and signed up for a subscription. But once I tried to apply for loan it tells me I need to get a subscription, the same subscription I already paid for. I wait a week just to see if it was a processing issue but still nothing. SMH!!
I requested a small loan 7 days ago and it's still sitting. I was under the impression that it was instant. Meanwhile I see others get loans all day long. I can't even cancel it. When I try to cancel it, it says once a lender reviews you can accept or decline. Then I was advised it can sit there for 30 days. It's useless. Especially for such a small amount having to wait 30 days is insane.
If I could I would leave zero stars. Had everything verified, ran into error when I tried to borrow. Kept getting an error, was told by customer service that they could not verify my information. And that they could not go into specifics and now because I can not use their app. Though they did manage to get their subscription fee from me. So don't use there are better apps then this one.
So far everything seems pretty simple and straight forward, the only problem I have had is for as many banks they support for whatever reason they don't support a single one of mine that I use. Pretty much seems they don't accept a lot of mobile banking banks, which they definitely should considering that's where my checks and payments go to. *Update: so, so far I have done all the requirements besides being able to link a bank that is acceptable because all of mine unfortunately are not..
