In 2025, Lennar at Caterra Creek, Rosharon, Houston, TX, raised closing costs by $23k, used bait-and-switch, and kept my earnest money, implying it was refundable. They mocked my family, pressured me to switch from a VA to an FHA loan, and suggested I drain my 401k for a buy-down they promised to cover. I suspect redlining; it felt discriminatory. Reported to BBB and TX authorities. Hire an inspector and lawyer—avoid Lennar! #Lennar #BuyerBeware
