In my experience, this app has worked well, for the amount of information it handles. The problem I've run into every time I've used the app, I can't add/remove nor replace a vehicle on my policy. I've tried this process six times this year and it has halted my request and tells me to call customer service. Don't get me started on the wait times for a customer service call. It's like they don't have enough because they think their app works properly. News flash, Linux, it doesn't.

Won't log in. I know my user log in and password. I logged in online to double-check this. I've tried MULTIPLE times entering both my user name/ password, AND my email/ password combos, triple-checked my password entry, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I still get a "log in failed" error. Sure I can use my browser to log in from my phone, but then what is the point of the (disfunctional) app?! Why not switch back to Progressive whose app is flawless?! I hope I never have to file a claim.

Once upon a time this app was decent. Not anymore. Everytime I try to edit vehicles, I get to the last step and it says "sorry, it's not you it's us" and doesn't work to complete the process. Try calling them and the automated system trust everything it can to direct you back to the app(that continually doesn't work) instead of giving you customer service. Very frustrating. They are, however, extremely great priced. Just need to work on the app some more if they really want it to be used.

This spyware is terrible. It doesn't detect half your drives, and detects randomly when I'm sitting at my desk. Then they slam your score for obeying the law, and not running a red light and stopping as smoothly as possible. Then when you write customer service and inform them of the problem in their software they inform you (in a professional manner) that's your problem.

Haven been using this app for almost a year. It was working well until the last 2 months!! Every time I try to view my billing it tells me "due to security purposes and lack of activity in 20 mins you've been logged off" I can't pay my bill or make any changes. It doesn't work on the website either, I've tried to address this issue over the phone and was told it would resolve itself and it hasn't!! It's getting annoying and frustrating!!!

App is only good for tracking my every move and collecting data. It will not allow me to sign in to see my bill. I can not pay my bill in the app. Simply takes my biometrics and password and never opens my policy. I am signed in but can not see or pay my bill. I hate the notifications at the top of my phone. I dont even want the tiny discount I get for letting the app collect my traffic data. Deleting the app. I will mail payments from now on. Liberty can keep their $40 good driving discount.

The app worked great at first, but then stopped tracking my trips all of a sudden. I tried to contact customer support, but couldn't find answers or a number to call. I tried emailing. No way to get in touch. I followed the directions from the FAQ, to uninstall and reinstall. This is concerning. I'd heard great things about working with Liberty Mutual, and had a good experience with getting set up, but I hope their customer service doesn't fall away once people are actually a part of it.

Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely expensive insurance, if you make any changes even with contacting them, they'll add hundreds of dollars without notice. I called to notify a financial issue and they added $400 dollars to my monthly bill as well as absolutely rude customer service when I tried to figure out how they could just do that. Buyer beware!

Cannot Get Passed Login! I login and it starts to load the next page, then sends me back to the login page! Same issue with the website. I login, the next page says manage claim, I press that button then get sent to a blank page with only one button to give feedback! The most frustrating thing to not be able to check what's going on when a victim of a car accident!

For days, it didn't show any trips, but I figured it was because my spouse was the driver. Then suddenly today a bunch of incorrect trips from days ago popped up as confirmed, so I can't correct them. Trips should stay unconfirmed until confirmed by the person, period. So basically the driving data is totally useless since it's inaccurate, plus the app is a total battery hog. I've been having to charge my phone multiple times a day.

The app has not worked sufficiently in the last eight months. Only the Right Track Service works efficiently. I can not see what is going on with my account, everytime I click the login tab, the system says "something went wrong, please try again". I wonder when will this nightmare be over. I changed my password and reregistered my account so many times that it is ridiculous to try again. "Fed up in Florida"

Whatever updates they made recently have made this app unusable. I set up biometrics and it worked for one day, then started redirecting to website login. Except the login doesn't work, and gives me a "sorry we're having technical difficulties" message any time I try to log in. So you can't use the app, can't use the desktop site, and average wait times for phone support are 30 minutes. Hard to say if it's the app or the company that's more useless.

All these apps tell me I'm breaking hard. I don't slam on the breaks. I take my foot off the gas about 1/4 mile away from lights/stop signs, then start slowing down. If it registered my speed for 50 feet, it would show there's no hard breaking, there's long breaking. I trained myself to drive as if there was a baby in the back seat that would scream at sudden movement. There is no jerking at stopping or going. Other than that, the apps work fine.

Nice app and works well, unlike most apps out there. My only complaint is, and the reason I took off two stars... the app is VERY limited as to what you can do on it. Example: I traded vehicles recently, AND wanted to add a driver. The app walked me thru the ENTIRE process on both tasks just to tell me at the end "Sorry" that can't be completed on the app, please call customer service at 1-800-xxx-xxxx...." I don't want to call and spend an hour on hold. I would like to do more than pay my bill.

Worthless app. I only wanted a quote of how much it would cost to add my daughter to our policy. I didn't want to change it! But that's the only option. When I saw it wouldn't produce a quote without changing my plan, I started a chat... and NOBODY RESPONDED! Why add chat if nobody is there to answer?! This app is missing important functionality. We should be able to just get a quote without having to change the policy! Most importantly, if you add chat, make sure somebody is there to help!

App says that changing my coverage isn't supported and will be added "soon." I set my coverage online in the first place, now I can't modify it? All I wanted to do was switch over minimal coverage from one vehicle to another. Both older vehicles, both rather inexpensive. So I had to do it over the phone and my rate somehow doubled. What a joke. Thought they might've not taken off the first vehicle, but they did. One policy for the price of two! Gotta love it.

Right track app is completely inaccurate. Docks you for phone usage when taking a call on Bluetooth. My phone is always on Bluetooth in the car and I don't text when driving yet I get docked for phone usage. I have like 3 hard breaks out of 100 drives but my score for hard breaking is 'poor'. The StateFarm tracking app works a lot better than this one.

What they don't tell you about the app is that it doesn't matter if you're going the speed limit. If you're driving 70 mph on the highway, which is the speed limit, it will rate you "fair" because they think that's a fast speed. The app recommends you take back roads instead of the highway so you can drive slower. It said I had a phone usage when I plugged my phone into the charger. I didn't turn my screen on or anything; just plugged it in! Records breaking events when there were none. It's BS

I liked this app before, but as of late; it's difficult to navigate. it keeps logging you out, doesn't have facial resignation, doesn't keep records properly, not even finger print resignation. I asked about why and was informed that it's a developer issue. LIBERTY MUTUAL isn't directly responsible. I was jus t in and then everything was dismissed just like that. It wouldn't work on Iphone at all. The phone I used was an android, and it didn't work long

This app is absolutely terrible. Every time I open it, I have to sign in. After I sign in, I have to be sent a code as a text (this part is not the worst experience). When I go to enter the code, it only lets me put in 2 digits at a time, then the keyboard disappears. After finally putting in all 6 digits, then it asks me EVERY time if I want to use biometrics, which I always say yes. I use my fingerprint and then finally am able to get into my account. This process happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.
