I have had the app and just went pro, I can’t access anything in the pro, it just kicks me out of the app!

Not all features are easily found. For the price we pay for this service it should be much more user friendly.

I have been unable to access the app since the update. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and it still doesn’t work.

This is an extremely useful app. Lots of courses and resources. The news feed is informative. I use this app all the time!

I loved this app but had to uninstall. My antivirus picked up that there was malware/malicious code in this app. Please address so I can use this again!

Something went wrong with latest update. It won’t let you sign in or click on links for forgot password or any others.

Switching to another app because I can’t change my payment method either in the app or Play Store. I’m out info on prospects and members alike. I’ll be finding a different app.

Love the app before all the updates and crashes. Can’t even use all the app has to offer as some sections cause it to crash still. Please fix

It’s a good app. I wish there were some changes. Better Images of our products. They appear to be taken at someone’s house which is fine if it looks professional.

The app still won’t open for me. I installed the new app and just updated it. I have been a faithful pro user and need my app! Please fix it! I pretty much lost the last month of use, which was a bad month to lose such a critical business tool.

I am unable to get the videos in the Lifesteps app to play. The videos open, and I can see an image, but they just stay frozen on that image. Also, there is zero audio.
