The update to the cafe's online ordering is awful. It no longer saves previous orders so you can simply click it to add to your cart. You can't even look up your old orders on the app and it doesn't automatically send emailed receipts. Lastly you can't save any payment information either. Revert to the old setup
Nice app. Helpful way to check out the upcoming class schedules and reserve your space in some classes. I really like that you can reserve a specific bike in the Cycle classes. I also like that you can add a class to your calendar outside of the app and that a description if the class is provided. Lastly, among other things, I like that you can create a filtered search to use in the future, especially if you will use that search often. 😊
It's been a really good thing. The only problem I have had is not always being able to get through when I've needed to cancel a class. I txt the instructor but they may not always have a chance to read the txt in time. So I might get penalized even though I have attempted to cancel.😥😥 Specifically for yoga. I don't know why this is happening!🤔 Please make it easier to get to the cancellation procedure. Thanks 🧘♀️
Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I can't cancel a exercise class reservation for tomorrow, the option is grayed out and I cant get anybody on the phone. The class isn't even showing up on the reservation list but when I click on the class it says "member already reserved". No way to edit or cancel. Reservation is 23 hours from now. I thought I could cancel within 2 hours. They penalize members for not coming to reservation so it makes it hard. My car broke and I can't make tomorrow's class.
UPDATE: Dec 26 update fixed my issue. thank you! ----------------------------- This app continous closes on my pixel 2 device when trying to start a workout. I reached out to the developers via email and received no response after a week. the app is ok other than constant force closes. wish they would have some support to troubleshoot the issues.
Terrible! It's a fitness app that syncs to bluetooth heart rate monitors BUT you have to complete your workout, end the workout and then wait hours to see your calories! You can only get that info in a long delayed, follow up email! You'll never ever feel motivated to give a little extra bc you'll never know how your doing till after you get home from the gym!
App is a good way to consolidate visits, events, classes, club tab and the card itself. I find it very user friendly and practical. I wish it could post updates to social media pages like FB for TEAM training classes. Sometimes it stalls when trying to open the membership card. Lately, I've been noticing issues with the classes where in I have to deselect the filter repeatedly.
This app is great but, for example, the yoga classes have beginner, intermediate, & kids videos mixed together. Also, the #'s for each type of class, for example, yoga ROOT 04, are out of order and its hard to find exactly what class I'm looking for. It would be better to have the class sections more organized and in # order. Also, when searching in the live streams, it would be nice to have a "filter" option, so I can pick what type of class I'm looking, for example, "HIIT classes" or "yoga".
I have tried repeatedly to make a pickleball court reservation with the app and it will not work anymore. I have logged out uninstalled reinstalled log back in. With zero reservations already in place, I set up a pickleball court reservation, agree to the terms and submit. The system returns an error saying I already have a reservation and I end up having to call and make my reservation. The app is basically useless to me.
Until recently, the app did everything that I needed, but even after this most recent fix on 26 December 2018, I suddenly cannot reserve a bike for cycle classes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still get a ridiculous "whoops" error message when I try to register. The app also tells me that it's experiencing technical difficulties when I try to view my Life Spa appointments.
