in many aspects it is better than the website my workplace used before moving to this service however it lacks a key feature that i believe makes it worse, if someone's shift is up for offer you cannot see it if it lands on a day outside of your availability. availability should be used for assigning shifts, it should be up to the employee if they would like to take another on a specific day.

Great app for checking your shifts and moneys earned. you can even change your availability and book holidays through this app.
Not able to load the dashboard or my employer for three days now so I can't see my schedule anymore. I have to clear the cache and restart the app every time I want to see anything only for it to go back to not working the next time the app is launched. Have tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, using a different network all with no change. Edit: After the update was downloaded, app is fixed and works beautifully.
the way you put in sick time needs to be improved. im on the 3rd try to try to cash out my sick time. should be a little easier. It also should take out breaks.
recently, shift reminders have broken, and the subsequent alarm won't deactivate despite dismissing the incessant reminders every few seconds. the only way to stop it is to restart my phone.
seems to be a new bug with shift starting soon notifications, they can't be dismissed and the sound plays continually.
App keeps reverting back to 30 min prior before Shift Alerts after every time i change it back to No Alerts! I dont want the alerts.
I love this app but I've stopped receiving notifications so I keep having to delete the app and then reinstall it so I can get them but then after a while I don't get notifications
sometimes the notification goes off even when I have it turned off and when I dismiss the notification it keeps going off. I do have a Google phone which I feel is a second rate device so it might be my fault
This app has got to be one of the worst apps ever invented. There are daily glitches with data not syncing. it goes randomly offline and then when things get posted it changes them.
as others have said, since latest update I have been logged out with no way to log back in as it just comes up with a blank white screen after I select to use mcd domain! absolute rubbish system, wish McDonald's had never moved over to it as ir does this to me very often even when I update it
I'm a McDonald's employee and the app won't let me input time off - it freezes when I get to the calendar to tick the dates I'd like to book off. I tried uninstalling the app and logging back in, and that still didn't work. Please would you guys have a look at it? Or do you have an email address I can contact to fix it? Thanks update - it worked, but it was SO SLOW!!
Shift Reminder notifications not working (reverts to Silent) Reported on 23/08, last email received 03/09 stated, "As already mentioned earlier, this has already been raised with teams. You'll be notified once it's fixed." It's been ALMOST a MONTH having said issue. Disappointed bordering on annoyed both with the app and app support
Not beem able to long in for 3 days since its changed from email login to sso all i get is sso domain is unavailable. Tried both through app and web site says the same and when clicking on the content support the page is unavailable. Now cant see my rota's or book holiday for work
Since recent updates I have been constantly logged out, and been given the run around when trying to log back in. I just want to look at my shifts quickly to plan accordingly, but Lifelenz wants to interfere with my ability to work. The support link in the app is also broken, so I have no means of recourse for their mistakes.
Difficult to use. If you have to download it, your job is about to very pettily force you to ask for days off individually, one at a time, and give reasons for every day you want off. It's not intuitive. It's not made to help us. It was more of a hassle to fill out that calendar then it was to get the last three jobs I had. If your job asks you to download "LIFELENZ", maybe consider downloading "Indeed" instead.
I am not getting any pop up notifications from the lifelenz app after the update. It only shows the notifications in the notification bar of the app. In the previous version it used to pop up on the screen with the notification sound. Kindly look into the same and rectify this issue. Hoping for a quick solution.
So the MOMENT I try to take a day off, it freezes and the only button that works is the cancel button? Excuse me??? Their help is actually so stupid, I SELECTED a time off and it still didn't help so... thanks for nothing. Can't update the app, selecting a time off still freezes it in the end. Get your app working.
Been having problems with it since I first got it - hard to sign in to, breaks constantly, doesn't save changes and fails to load all the time. Now, it won't let me log in at all - havent been able to see my shifts in months and I've been relying on my manager telling me my shifts - very helpful app, thanks... and before then, I only was able to see notifications and the app wouldn't load. Second phone I've used this on, reinstalled several times, cleared cache, and still doesn't work.
