Very horrible company! Their providers are snutty and rude, and they are charging exorbitant amounts for basically no customer service. 335$ for absolutely nothing but having an NP roll their eyes at you for 7 minutes of a 15 minute consult. These medications can be dangerous and people deserve to be given appropriate time to get the information they need to make truly informed decisions.

Experience has been great! Their support is very fast to respond to questions and they actively check on how you're progressing. Wish my regular doctor was this proactive.
this was my first virtual doctor appointment I've ever done so it was very interesting. Patrick Curry was awesome and very informative, made it feel very easy.

I am so frustrated with this app. I'm trying to message my provider but i get someone else giving me direction on how to message them. they say to select messages, compose new message and select my provider but there is no such thing. I try to request another telehealth with my provider and same thing, I get someone giving me direction on how to do it in the app but there are no selections that they are describing. I'm just very much over it and really disappointed.

One month into my journey, and the staff has been great keeping me motivated and on course, while effectively addressing any concerns I may have.
this is not what they represent. 1) there isn't 24/7 support available. you're simply able to use the app 24/7 to make an appointment. 2) I get a different provider with each appointment leading to my prescriptions being changed because the provider didn't pay enough attention to what they are doing. 3) ... I have only 500 characters for review... need more space... let me just say I'd pick another provider site. now I feel I'm locked in with these "people" until I'm finished with my goals. 😤

The physicians are good people. BUT THIS APP IS HORRIBLE! I've been with this app almost an entire year now and it has never worked properly, even when updated, which is everytime I open it!! I have spoken to the tech team about this app 6 different times and it still doesn't work and has not been fixed. Also, the longer your with this app the longer it has taken for me to get an appointment scheduled to even talk to any physician. I am now waiting 2 weeks before I can speak to any physician!!
I cannot make an appointment to get prescription. it keeps saying error. tech support's message is just some bot that says tell me more. this is going on for a few days
Fun yet professional!!! Made me feel extremely comfortable. Took time in going over responses answered during my onboarding questions. Insisted on a video visit before prescribing medication. They took time in going over my medical history and wanted to be 100% sure glp-1 would work for me. Highly recommend
app is constantly failing. pages wont scroll when trying to renew rx. Ì cannot answer questions or confirm answers due to this. Its super annoying as its not been a good app for the year and half I have been using it. Im on an android device and have re-installed it multiple times.
I gave it 1 star so I can give the world a warning about these folks! They don't tell you the monthly renewal doesn't stay the same and that the medication is not included in this expensive renewal. They charged me $149 that I didn't have just to have membership for their app, with my insurance I don't even have a copay with some doctor visits and if I do it's cheaper than paying a $149, maybe a $70 copay & I get to see a doctor face to face & may not have to pay for meds. LIFE MD RIP OFF APP
