Very horrible company! Their providers are snutty and rude, and they are charging exorbitant amounts for basically no customer service. 335$ for absolutely nothing but having an NP roll their eyes at you for 7 minutes of a 15 minute consult. These medications can be dangerous and people deserve to be given appropriate time to get the information they need to make truly informed decisions.

I am so frustrated with this app. I'm trying to message my provider but i get someone else giving me direction on how to message them. they say to select messages, compose new message and select my provider but there is no such thing. I try to request another telehealth with my provider and same thing, I get someone giving me direction on how to do it in the app but there are no selections that they are describing. I'm just very much over it and really disappointed.
