Piece of Junk App. I installed the app on my phone today...attempted to watch 1 movie and cannot due to the app freezing and crashing. I exited out both times, restarted the app 2x and the problem continues...error message saying the app is having an internet connection problem and to try again later. The movie played for less than 20 minutes both times. So ridiculous and annoying.

Tried changing my password etc. I reached out to customer service and we will see how that works out. It's sad when you can not even sign into an application from the start. I was really looking foward to watching some movies tonight.
All I want to do is watch Lifetime Movie Club and cancel everything else. It works very well on my Roku TV and devices; however, not compatible with my Amazon Prime Account, Hisense Smart TV and TiVo Streaming device. I haven't tried Chrome Casting yet. I have a Watch List, but can't marked anything watched. I started the Club yesterday and started 4 movies which I saw before. I'm keeping a pad next to me to keep track of what I'm watching. Watched 3 old movies that I've never seen before.
I love this app and the movies, however, I will not give 5 stars until a "continue watching" section becomes available. It is a big hassle having to cycle through hundreds of movies to find the one you were watching. It would definately make the app more organized, and the overall personal experience better.
There are tons of really good older lifetime movies that are NEVER shown anymore. I thought paying for a subscription would give me access to those, but there's hardly any. Could use more selection of the older films. "No one would tell", "A killer among friends", "Cries unheard", "A Cry for help"I could name several...none of those older movies are on here. If I want to watch anything like those I have to look elsewhere and purchase it 😒
I can't cancel my subscription. I've contacted them multiple times & they say someone will respond to me in 24 hours but never have this has been going on for months now & there's no way to fix it. WORST set up I've ever seen. Do not waste your money on this not many movies to choose from & cant get in touch with anyone to help you when you need it.
Since the app made me rate it before I could comment I gave it one star. I do not see anything that I've been told how to cancel this app. I purchased it for a certain movie which they do not carry so I said not even an hour last night of opening it to cancel but they keep giving me directions that I do not see. When this trail is over if it has not been cancelled do not withdraw anything from my account. Thank you! Finally I tried something myself and was able to cancel the app!
Edit: I've already sent an email. Developers should check those before commenting. Deleted App. Found a better one. App is unusable. Just downloaded it, subscribed, received confirmation of my subscription and I cannot access any of the content.
I signed up for the 7 day trial through Roku but after that I can't get logged in to the account. It keeps telling me I already have an account and to log in but when I try that it gets hung on the password the throbbed just dances around. Very poorly done. I was charged a dollar too and I can't get in to cancel the account either. I am sure it will charge me $3.99 in a week when the trial is supposed to be over.
It's all right. I wish they would update movies more often. And stop changing movie names to make it look like there are new movies in there. And enough with VC Andrew's and Gypsy Rose.
Not good at all. I tried signing up with 3 different emails, but it kept refusing the free trials, saying I was ineligible and when finally promt through kept denying my payment of the monthly payment.
I love lifetime and I watch it on my Roku TV and now the app updated and now the fast forward options change and now I'm no longer able to see fast forwarding or reversing the movie to see the scenes or where I left off. Even the red bar at the bottom changed. Now it automatically fast forward 15 seconds when before it wasn't like that, I choose how I wanted to fast forward or reverse.
I was unable to move past the first screen in the app....It wouldn't let me sign out either....I emailed support, tried their "fixes"...I was able to log in but, now the app tells me I don't have a subscription but, I was charged 3.99 today on my credit card through Google Play. I'm now waiting for support again to send me a "fix"... This app is HORRIBLE!! I will delete and unsubscribe if this issue can't be resolved!!
The app works just fine for me . My issue is there rarely is any new movies. Its always the same movies. It's been this way for a many many months and I'm seriously thinking of canceling .Updated . Its kind of funny customer service doesn't reply to the comments like mine...maybe because they know it's true. They keep playing the same movies. I'm going to give it a couple more week then if doesn't change I'm going to cancel. Its not a lot of money until you have like 10 or 20 more complaint
I enjoy the app, but I expected more. I subscribed because I was interested in watching some of the older movies-those were the best, but several movies I looked for so far aren't here. THE MAIN ISSUE: The inability to save the movies I want to watch later and store the ones I was already watching, couldn't finish and needed to return to. I literally have to search for that particular movie all over again. It's 2021. This should be an automatic feature for God's sake. Add the feature already!
Really good content and they're always adding movies. It does seem to always have some kind of technical problems though. Right now the resume function doesn't work, so if you don't finish the movie it makes you start from the beginning again. You can't fast fwd or rewind without it constantly buffering & freezing. I enjoy the movies but the tech issues ruin it.
App all of the sudden doesn't work, same movies over and over. Same movies are taken off and added again, like it's"new" also I have been having issues with casting from my phone to my TV. I contacted customer service and they don't help at all! I still don't even have the cast icon! Fix your app! I am ready to cancel! I'm not paying for something that won't work properly and the customer service sucks! So please don't tell me your, at lmn club app, email! A waste of time! Fix the issues!
The movies added are always the movies they had recently taken off. Never any new movies, once you've seen them all. It's like the app only has permission to use a few movies and no more. Total bummer, because I am obsessed with lifetime movies. Don't have the Channel, so it would be nice to enjoy more. Going to have to cancel, again. Gave it another chance, but always the same movies. Even Christmas in July - that was awful!
A lot of great content! I love lifetime movies so it's great to be able to have this app with all of them on it and don't have to pay for unwanted Charter TV just to be able to watch them. The only downfall is that whenever I cast a movie to my smart tv, the movie messes up a lot(buffering, skipping parts) but will play on my phone perfectly. I really would rather watch on my tv instead of my phone, but keeps messing up. Please get lifetime added to Xbox one. Please add a "my list" to the app
This app has been defective for about a minute now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've restarted my phone and start the process anew, if the former failed. All I ever get is this freaking error message stating, "Oops, something went wrong. We can't sign you in at this time due to technical difficulties: please try again later." It feels as though I've been trying "again later" forever 🥴. Alongside the fact that I'm being charged monthly for something I'm unable to watch 😩😞.
