Been using Lilly Health™ for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track your [condition] treatment, whether you’re on Zepbound® or Mounjaro®. Pretty solid app if you’re into managing your health and meds.
Here’s what you do: you can log your medicines, activity, and more all in one place. There’s also personalized info and education to help you with your treatment journey. And it’s got some cool insights to keep you on track – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s actually useful.
Look, if you’re dealing with [condition] and taking one of those meds, you’ll probably find this app pretty helpful. It’s not perfect – the design is a bit dated and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Lilly Health™. I've tested a bunch of health and medication tracking apps, and this one's a pretty solid option. The logbook feature is great for staying on top of your meds and progress, and the personalized info is actually helpful. But it's not the most polished app out there - the interface feels a little outdated. And those ads can get old fast. Still, if you're on Zepbound or Mounjaro, this is a pretty handy companion to have.

it doesn't let you add more than one activity and the time fir each
