So here's my honest take on Ling – Language Learning App. I've tested a bunch of language learning apps and this one's pretty solid. The lessons are structured really well and cover everything you need, from vocab to grammar to conversation practice. And the offline mode is a game-changer, and I like how they're constantly adding new languages. Not gonna lie, the ads can get old, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, Ling is one of the better language apps I've used - definitely recommended if you're trying to learn a new language.

Pros

  • Tons of languages to choose from, including hard ones like Thai and Tagalog
  • Lessons cover all the basics - vocab, grammar, pronunciation, conversations
  • Offline mode is super convenient for learning on the go
  • Free to use, don't have to pay to get the full experience
  • Streak saver feature helps you keep your daily practice consistent

Cons

  • Ads can be annoying if you don't pay for the premium version
  • Some of the higher level lessons get a bit repetitive after a while
  • The app can be a bit glitchy at times, especially on older phones

Description

Been using Ling – Language Learning App for a couple months now. It’s basically a language learning app where you can learn hard languages like Thai, Tagalog, Serbian, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into learning new languages.

Here’s what you do: there’s tons of lessons and exercises to help you learn vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and all that. And there’s also an offline mode which is super handy, and a streak saver so you don’t lose your progress. And they just added 4 new languages – Somali, Cebuano, Icelandic, and Sinhala.

Look, if you’re into learning languages, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

It's the best tool I've found for learning the language I'm interested in (Marathi), and it's got enough content that I will probably keep paying when the free trial ends,...
