my 4 year old has already learned so much and we've only had it for 2 weeks what I love most about this is absolutely free when others are charging money monthly just so these kids can learn best kids app ever!!!!

There is no phone number for support. I have been going down this rabbit hole for 2 hours now and my bank is screwing me over as well. Please help me resolve this issue.
Parents be warned, very predatory business practices. Wife canceled on day 7 but was still charged. Trying to work with the refund cancelation process but yet to hear back. Will update if the app makes it right but day 7 is when they charge so cancel day 6 if you plan to use the 7 day free trial.
why lingo ask about paymnt when i already have books.....how to teach ....because there is a reference about audio or videos.below the page.... i cant see the code....show and tell book 1 ....when i download the app ....they continuely ask about money...
the ad was good, but just looking at the comments about how it is, it scares me. I don't think I will even open the app, giving this a 2 star cuz the ad was nice to watch.

This app is effective for my daughter. She has learned a lot of things and had significant changes with her development.
Content wise is okey, but pricing is way out of control. 175 nok/month... someone went way too crazy! welcome to the new reality.

This is the best app that l ever downloaded for my children! Really. It has literally everything to learn a new language or have a great time.💙 I have Lingokids Plus, and it's really cool. The songs are very catchy and fun to listen and learn)) Love it. I would like to see in the future an option to save games or lessons you like, so that if you like a game you can save it for later)
This game is great what i love is their customer service when i need to have a refund cause of security issues they provide me every i need and very quick even though i still need time to get the money back but the customer service is very very nice 👍

i dont even want to give them a star.seems like they are scamming people .i subscribed this app today and they told its free trail for 7 days and they cut the money straight away from my account which is 12.99 for a month and on the top they were going to charge me for year after 7 day with these monthly charges *12.99 .i cancelled this subcrption staright away once i saw these shady tricks. i hope i get my money back.please be careful before subscribing this app.
My daughter loves this game but she's 9 I would recommend you to put more ages like all ages until 20 but we are indian and the app is american so please put it to all countries with the languages they speak with the language they wanna learn that's it that I want:)
Poor user interface, navigation was nonsensical to me. In addition it's crazy expensive for what you get. If it was a one time fee of 5-10 dollars I'd pay it, but not 15/mo. Some of the "games" consisted of drawing one circle, and that was it. Some are 1min videos with a small song. To me it looks like padding content to try to justify the price.
This app is a good, easy, and fun way for kids to learn. My daughter has just started pre-k and has scored high on her test🥳. It's also good for parents that really busy through out the day and want to give there children something to play. And it's affordable.
How frustrating to think this game was free.. no sub required.. because it says so in your description. "100% ad-free, with no in-app purchases". maybe you should update your information description to be less misleading.
they deducted the payment subscription earlier than the date mentioned and I didn't get to cancel subscription. beware of this scam, people. No, I subscribed this app for a year already, not the 7 days free trial FYI.
I just downloaded this game, haven't played it yet, but I think you should add some modes for preK through 6th since I just started my first year in 6th. So I think you should add that so I can know things later in the year without having struggle learning ! It's be really fun and advanced, thank you. (If you already have modes for that, ignore this review.)
