The perfect App. I am so happy I can be at work and still be able to listen to great lessons and get new skills, even when my screen is off. I'm happy I didn't have to subscribe to Premium to have a background play.

This class taught me a new way of thinking that I hadn't considered before. What I learned could help me in two ways: writing better prompts for AI and communicating more clearly with people. Now, I need to practice using these new skills. Thank you for putting this class together.

Too slow on mobile. Keeps pausing even with medium download quality. None of the other online video playing apps or learning apps show this kind of bad behavior. Internet speed is 300 Mbps. I am the only person using the internet.

Samsung S23 Ultra 5G - app doesn't work. The app opens and then asks me to sign in. I enter my credentials correctly and the browser/app moves through the next page, which is blank white. Nothing else further happens after this. It doesn't matter if I use my personal or organisation credentials, the result is the same.

a great app for learning varieties of courses and the videos are broken down into phases and short clips you can understand and won't wear you down, but after i reinstalled the app i couldn't access my previous profiles, lost all saved and downloaded courses, it's quite painful, i have tried recovering, keeps redirecting me to reconfirm am not a robot.

Doesn't work. I'm in a new college and the app won't let me log in as it keeps attempting to verify my new email address with my old college, even with all of my info updated in the settings and my old college email removed. This is a huge oversight in the app design. I contacted customer support but I believe the response came from AI, not a human. This is because they only gave generic copy/pasted responses which weren't relevant to my issue.

Look at my story: I can login with the browser not with this app. when I try login by Chrome or ... no problem it's okay I have access to all videos but when I try with this app it says "Your library doesn’t have access" yes I contacted my library they spent more than 100 min and finally told me there is no issue with ur library card problem is from app. I cleaned the cache of app, restarted phone, tried with other phone and .... still I can't login with library card.

The app has several minor bugs but is an overall great companion to the desktop. Examples of bugs: When a question is incorrect it gives you the option to re-watch a video but clicking re-watch forces the device to switch and lock in portrait mode. Exams are extremely frustrating because there are 3 fixed banners that take up the majority of the screen and cannot be dismissed. One of those banners is a link to download the app that appears even while using the app, it cannot be dismissed.

Very poor mobile app experience, constantly restarts the course I'm on at a video earlier in the course that I'm not on (my progress never saved). This especially happens when I am switching between apps (taking notes, pausing video to quickly do something else, etc), then all my progress is completely forgotten and I'm sent to earlier (or to the very beginning) of the course. Very, very, very frustrating.

Given a free course, and then being told there was a 24-hour limit to it (which no one would be able to complete) was a shifty way to get me to download the app. So, I instantly uninstalled it. For $25/mo, I highly recommend something like Treehouse and not an educational business model that's more interested in upselling you in a fairly dishonest way. If I could give it zero stars I would.
