Its a shame when you click on an alert from a saved lead, then read it, when pressing the back arrow to return to the insights/alerts list, you are taken to the normal LinkedIn app. So i then have to come out of that and return to Sales Nav app. Didnt want to give 1 […]

Bad UI, poor value for the money. Everything takes too many clicks and steps, especially making lists. When you add a contact to a filtered list and then try to go back to the list, you start all over at the top. Basic testing should have caught this. So half baked.

Don’t get. Sales Navigator inbox does not integrate into LinkedIn Inbox, makes the whole thing overly complex and confusing. If you message a lot then stick with regular LinkedIn. Navigator inbox does not tell you if the recipient has read the message either. It’s worse than the regular inbox!

Pretty much a LinkedIn app with ability to save people into lists and add custom notes, plus an extended InMail allowance. Beware that messages sent through this app don’t appear in your main LinkedIn app. And I couldn’t find how to purchase extra InMails additionally to 50 available Sales Navigator premium subscription (as it’s mentioned […]

Making user to purchase this app is a fraud, I have signed in on LinkedIn and there they offered me one month subscription free for premium account, when I accepted the offer there it was clearly written that you can cancel the subscription any time and I will be charged monthly from next month of […]

Hello, I was recently charged ₦98,039.99 on July 4, 2025 for a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core Monthly subscription. I did not realize this was an active subscription, and I had no intention of continuing it or using the subscription services. And the subscription was m ade without my consent. I have already canceled the subscription […]

So much potential, but is low-effort considering the price. Last used filters aren’t saved unless you tediously save by name on another page, no quick save button (MUST organize it), pressing back button bumps your search to the very top instead of where you left off… Whoever made this clearly never used a mobile app […]

This is ridiculous!! As I install the App it automatically opens a subscription page where I have to agree to pay R1,299 monthly, which I don’t want and do not require the Premium version. Please can you adjust this so we can go directly to our page – many of us are unemployed and cannot […]

It is impossible to be professsional with Sales Navigator. The searches are inaccurate, which means you end up contacting irrelevant people, wasting time and credits. The mail box doesn’t sync properly with regular LinkedIn messages, so you end up having two conversations with the same person and everyone gets confused. It tells you that you […]

This did not work for me. I reached out for a refund, but the support team declined. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I would like to subscribe to LinkedIn Sales Navigator but I’m being punished due to my IP address. I must pay USD 139.99 per month where everyone else only pay USD 99.99!

The UX is partially useless, better to use the web app with a smartphone. I really don’t understand how you can offer such a mediocre app to your users paying very high subscription fees.

There seems to be two versions of Navigator – this one that I’ve downloaded to my phone, and another that I can only reach via mobile web. This version is clunky and is missing features and functionality of the desktop version, notably the ability to view my Social Selling Index – there’s no route in […]

It has potential but very glitchy when clicking between LinkedIn main platform. also as I tend to work fast, it sometimes seems to trigger a flag and I get a message saying ‘to much fast activity’, check in again later – I get blocked from searching for a full day!

Fix your app. It prompts me to select new leads every time I open the app, won’t let me progress into the app without doing so, but doesn’t show me a list of leads without a few refreshes. Happens on my tablet also. Frustrating experience every time I need to jump in for a quick […]

doesn’t integrate seamlessly with linked in. You can be having a message conversation with somebody in LinkedIn and it isn’t available to continue in sales navigator and vice versa So sometimes you have to bounce between the two of them to try to figure out what was the last thing that was said or messaged. […]
