they are charging my account and won't stop. I never signed up for Linktree!!! Do not open this site. total scam. I have sent 40 some emails asking them to stop. wish I could sue this frickin place!!!!

One of the best services I've ever used. I've been here since the launch and have never had a reason to want to switch to a competitor.

I do appreciate Linktree as a tool to help me direct the traffic ❤️‍🔥 when I can I would like to purchase the upgrade and see what else I can really utilize. Worth the Download.

this app help me for opening a new digital store starting in free so you are new so download the app and start free with limited function but you buy premium so you have full access this app

I have downloaded and installed and uninstalled this app several times. It won't let me make an account at all. It started to and then something happened and now it won't let me do anything. Please fix this so I can create an account and when I can I'll change my rating.

I love Linktree! it is straightforward and very easy to use. I love that it keeps all of my links for my businesses in one simple place. it is easy for me to change anything that I need to, whenever I need to, for example if a link changes or if I've joined a new company as a brand partner, it's easy for me to add a new link.

I can't proceed to log in nor sign up, I keep getting redirected back to the logo in/sign up screen.

I never thought i could have a good platform to show my creative skill for creating such a great web app. Those templates are the best, and I am still exploring.

I signed up for linktree on my PC. I downloaded the app, thinking it would be a simple way to manage the page. I was wrong! Upgrade!Upgrade! Upgrade! I'm happy enough with the free version, the app drove me nuts trying to get me to upgrade.

After setting up social media stores, 2 print to ship sites, I was frustrated, but linktree saved the day. I was able to put it all in one place, and I was as able to upload my ebook too. Linktree is so easy to use and I love that all of my website and pages are all in one place. So grateful for Linktree.

I am Loving this app and honestly think it's worth looking into just for the free version alone. You get a lot of options and pretty much everything you need for a creative personalized linkinbio. I've visited their site and beyond the use of the app I think it's definitely worth paying for an upgraded subscription which I am looking into. It's one of the better available free apps and I do have to say I highly recommend it if you need a reasonable and reliable landing page for your business.

Pros: you can keep video links, typeform, etc on the page instead of going to the other platform. con: even if you have multiple trees with the same email, etc...you are forced to buy seperate plans for each. This alone makes me want to move to a different platform. Con#2: no way to switch trees easily in the app. con#3: no way to include html coding for mass integration of other platforms, for example ability to place own crm contact form html code to capture leads and sent to crm.

I really used to love this app for my small business, but since I had to start it all over because of technical difficulties I have to make all new socials for it. I used to have my Instagram, Facebook page, email, links to my seller site, etc on it and with this update they don't even give the option for at least 6 of the things I need! Some of the new options are nice, but you should have just added them in instead of taking away most of the socials we need for those clicks and views!

The app itself is great. A little annoying that different platforms treat it like spam, but I know that's not LinkTree's fault. However, no matter what permissions I give this app, it refuses to allow me to update my profile photo. Kinda defeats the point of permissions if you won't accept you've been given them. But that is most likely an issue on my end. Once you get past that, the app itself is fantastic and being able to have a custom QR code is practically unmatched.

Great app but it has a glitch. It won't let me edit my links anymore. It says 'Oops something went wrong. We're having issues loading your links.' This has been happening for months STRAIGHT. Fix the issue for 5 stars. 👏✨️ EDIT: After not being able to access my links for OVER A YEAR even after doing all of the troubleshooting I was forced to delete my account. I was looking forward to paying for a pro account too but the free won't even work.

A very useful App that allows you to collate all the links relating to your online presence into one link or QR code. I am only using the free version and there are still plenty of features. One issue I am having is that the Share To option is not working. When I click on one of the icons, for example, What's App, I get a brief message pop up saying that I am not connected to the internet, except I am.

The App is very user friendly. Had a problem with one of my links, had to figure it out myself after CS kept sending the same auto script for 45 minutes. After an hour an seeing the CS "Away" on their system, I just figured it out myself. Customer Service for this App sucks. I hope I never have to depend on them if there is a problem.

Was actually more complicated that I thought it was going to be. Not only was adding links and sites a weird, definitely not straight forward process, but I ultimately couldn't figure out how to link it to my Instagram. So it was a waste of time. I also signed up for premium... Maybe it was just a trial, I forget. But I just put it in my calendar tomorrow and having it reminding me 2x a day every day until I cancel it so I don't forget lol. Feels predatory

This is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used, glitches to where it feels like it's being controlled by someone else changes things I wasn't changing at all like fonts and backgrounds to where I am scared to adjust even one visual. Sometimes, it won't even let me progress past the log in screen. Then just now I had to go into my settings and change my phone's layout to be able to click one button. Pretty rough and added a lot of unnecessary stress.

Click where? When I go to add a profile picture I can't even click the check mark ✓ to agree to the picture. Or the photos sit and spin getting nowhere. The (X) to leave the page plus the (✓) are so high up the screen you can't hardly see them. Let alone click on them. Please fix this. It seems I'm not the only one having issues with editing not working.
