placed an app order for the stuffed pretzel crust pizza. sent someone else to pick it up. when I opened the box, it was not pretzel crust. I have been on hold for 30 mins and counting listening to horrible hold music. I called from a different phone and said I wanted to place an order, they picked up in less than 2 mins and told me I can keep trying to hold for the store or go to the app and complain via contact us button. DO BETTER!!! Why cant the call center make it right?!

I love ordering by the app. I've been doing it for years. but the prices when you're adding items is not the prices when you're paying. $27 subtotals become $38 when paying and then taxes make it $42. There's a scam 30% the app isn't showing you that's breaking how capitalism is supposed to work. Assume everything is actually 30% more than what they show you.

on the 9.99 deal going on right now has to be ordered online, that's fine. I tried ordering online but it will not allow me to pick up. I called the store and explained the situation to them. after talking to manager I was told " there is nothing we can do." turns out you have to download app to pick up in store. I think the worker should know this information or little ceasers needs to fix the problem. i don't wanna pay on app that's why I use Pizza Hut

The food is alright but this app needs a lot of work. I placed an online order in the app, put in my payment info, but when I pressed submit, the app told me it didn't accept my payment info & crashed. When I got to the actual restaurant, the order wasn't placed & the T-Mobile Tuesday coupon I got for free bread sticks require a Manager to activate. I then had to wait 30 minutes for the food. I'm not mad at the employees, just the app itself. If you're going to order from them, do it online.

I really wish the app allowed you to order any kind of lunch combo besides pepperoni. I have to call the store to order a plain cheese pizza lunch combo, and then I miss out on promos because they're usually for online/app orders only. The app is otherwise fine, but I'm giving it a lower rating in hopes of actually getting a response to my feedback.

Update: Minus one star for still not supporting use of a gift card. As a busy individual, I don't often write reviews, but this app just works so well that I decided to do so. It's easy to use, makes picking up a pizza super easy and quick (as if the hot-n-ready's weren't easy enough), and you can use the occasional coupon. I really like the minimal nature of the app (i.e. there's not a lot to distract you or have to scroll through) and everything's there, no suggestions at the moment. Thanks!

decent til order disappeared. The ordering process and payment worked well. it told me to use their portal. Basically locker pickup, but when I pulled in and refreshed the screen that said in the oven and packing would be next. it disappeared and the app said i had no orders. luckily wheni walked in and told them my name they were just putting it in the box and pulled it and gave it to me. so it went well but the box code was on that page and disappeared with my order and tracking

usually little Caesars is not awful. but the one in Boerne is absolutely horrible. I ordered online to eliminate the wait. online give you a estimated window on when it's going to be ready. 30 min past the time and they are rude when you ask about how long it's going to be. I usually only leave good reviews and dont like to assume that everything is going to go smoothly. but this is the 2nd time. definitely not worth the extra few bucks I saved.

I was trying to use the 20% off of a $20 order deal but whenever I added items to my order, they were automatically combined into some combo that wasn't my intention, reducing the total and, therefore, prompting me to buy more items in order to get the deal. In short, I was spending what I would supposedly be saving in order to get the deal, so it wasn't much of a deal after all.

on line purchases for the latest coupon offer app is horrible. When you try to get the deal or coupon for the special pizza , it will not let choose your meat or veggies even though your supposed to be able to get two , but it makes from $ 4.99 each (2) topping pizza when you 2 crazystuffed crust pizza , the app total comes to $41.00 dollars and won't apply the discount to get it at 4.99 dollar price that is advertised on the coupon on the app. or at the store coupon flyer,very disappointed
