Been using the Little Ones™ app for a couple months now. It’s basically a baby sleep and feeding guide that’s supposed to help your little one get on a good schedule. Comes with a bunch of features like sleep training tips, age-appropriate meal plans, and even a community to chat with other parents.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a step-by-step sleep program that’s supposed to help your baby sleep through the night. And it’s got age-specific feeding schedules too, which is pretty handy. And the app also has a bunch of articles on sleep training methods and introducing solids – took me a while to go through it all but it’s been useful.

Look, if you’re a new parent trying to get your baby on a routine, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the sleep training stuff can be a bit overwhelming at first – but overall it does a pretty good job. Worth checking out if you need help getting your little one to sleep better.

So here's my take on the Little Ones™ app. I've tested a bunch of baby sleep and feeding apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The sleep training program seems legit - I've found it helps my little one settle down easier for naps and bedtime. The meal plans are also super helpful, takes the guesswork out of introducing new foods. And on the downside, the app can feel a bit complicated at first with all the different features. And some of the sleep training methods are a bit intense for my liking. But overall, it's a really comprehensive tool for new parents looking to get their baby on a schedule. I'd recommend giving it a try.
