So here's my honest take on Live Video Dating Chat - Choco. I've tested a bunch of dating apps and this one's pretty solid. The video chat feature works well and it's easy to connect with people nearby. The group chat thing is a nice bonus too. Not gonna lie though, the video quality can be iffy at times and I found the app gets a little repetitive after a while. But if you're into the whole online dating scene, this is a pretty good option.
