I used to love this app. It was easy to use and easy to access. However ever since the latest update I'm unable to get any profiles to load so I can choose to record from them. It just keeps loading then freezes so I have to shut down the app and try again but it keeps happening. This app was working absolutely fine before this mess of an update.

I tried this app and it works smoothly. The live streaming quality is clear, and the interface is easy to use. I had a good experience overall and I recommend trying it.

TL;DR Not quite ready for 5* because the interface needs a little work, and the reliability of automatic recording could be better. But still worth trying a month or even 6 month subscription. Review: the app has a nice, clean interface, and the ads (in the free version) are not obtrusive, and perfectly acceptable for the service that is provided. There are still a few interface bugs (copying profile link doesn't always open the app), autorecord sometimes fails to start, but still a good app.

It requires you to be online to record (as if you couldn't do that yourself without an app). And on top of it, I can't find the cancellation function, have emailed them twice about it, but no answer received. >> update: if you say one doesn't need to be online to record it, then it's not working properly, as that's what I tried doing, but woke up to no recording for that one contact I left on recording mode during the night (and the live happened, as I can see on their latest stories). Can't record live Instagram videos anymore. The only way to do that is to put an account on the record list, which is not convenient given some may never go live after a while. It's ridiculous, and it never was this way before. Sad.

This app use to be good and now has no function. it does not let you record any IG lives anymore at all. It's broken. Even worse, if you contact support about it, they just ignore you. I've tried several times with zero help.

My auto recording is not working and it missed out recording 1 of the live today 😑 Is there a way to help? and pls fix. I dunno what's wrong with the function.

The recordings in SD are useless tbh cause the quality is so bad. It'd be fantastic if there was a way to watch more ads in order to be able to download and/or watch HD videos. I'd be willing to watch quite a few ads for each video in order to get it in SD rather than HD. If that was possible, this app would be a 100 out of 5. However, with the SD videos being the only option without the subscription, I can't use this app the way it is unfortunately. Will update if actions are taken by the devs!

This used to be a good app. Now it doesn't automatically record anymore and you can't download the videos anymore. The app literally doesn't work anymore. Update: Despite the App developer calling everyone liars, the app is still not working correctly. Also, a new problem has developed. I have no videos recorded and the cloud storage says 3.90GB of storage is used with NO videos recorded. Hopefully the developers can take the time to fix it instead of calling all reviewers liars. Your move.
