I’ve been using Liven: Discover yourself for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you a bunch of tools and exercises to help you better understand yourself and make positive changes in your life. Sounds pretty good, right?
Here’s what you do: there are different ‘paths’ you can follow, like improving your self-image or managing time better. Each one has a bunch of activities and reflections to go through. And it’s got a really nice, clean design and the exercises are actually pretty fun and insightful. Took me a while to figure out some of the features but once I got the hang of it, I’ve been using it regularly.
Look, if you’re feeling a bit stuck or just want to work on yourself a bit, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – sometimes the notifications can be annoying – but overall it’s a solid self-improvement tool. Worth checking out.
