Just installed for my Home loan future Repayment calculation but i can't calculate future planning of repayment and effect on tenured on loan period. That if i pay 150000 rupees from next year then what will bi effect on loan Hope for the solution

Looks good, but lacks the ability to change to annual payments, sometimes needed in the ag lending sector.

Initially, I had a problem with ads appearing while using this "Pro" version. However, RK Apps came up with a solution that fixed it. Good job. Good app.

Yes, problem I was experiencing seems to be resolved. Thanks for your response. -------- Latest version is completely unusable. I tap calculate after entering criteria and the button changes to disabled state and nothing happens. On a Pixel 2 using Android 9.

Dear Team, Export to excel option & Top up loan settings required on the application. Kindly work on this. It would bring more customers to you. Due to lack of these 2 main features, i rate this app with 4 starts.

Overall experience is good. But for short term loan banks use EMI on simple interest. It would be great if there is an option on calculating EMI in simple interest also. Hope it'll be updated soon.

I want to calculate my repayments on a weekly basis, which is not offered. Paid for the ad free version, but unless weekly repayments become an option, I don't have use for this app.

Better out of most the apps however still falls short. 1.Need to be able to indicate that mortgage repayments are removed from your offset account amount. 2. Need to be able to put labels as to what you are listing in offset account. Example, quartley -$1000 starting from month 3 .... Strata 3. Expenses should also have the option to remove total from offset 4. Should be able to have more then 1 monthly/ quartley option in offset.

Love this little app! Very simple and straightforward. The interface is easy to understand, so there's no learning curve. You can save different loan calculations to compare later, so you don't have to enter the same figures over and over for projections you use frequently. Highly recommended!

Great little app that lets you see the effect of changing various parameters on a loan (extra payments, changes in interest, fluctuations in offset accounts etc etc). Nicely flexible inputs and useful outputs in the form of summary info, tables and graphs; and fast. Really helpful to understand how to optimise repayments. So good I was happy to pay for the pro version. A fortnightly repayments option would be nice.

I attribute purchasing my first home due to the research I was able to independently do with this ap. Sure there is more you need to know, but this was an essential part of modeling how what I thought had become out of reach could be done. so thanks again!!! Now I am using it to see how much I can save by shifting payment timing, and the significance of extra repayments. One improvement would be a weekly option in the extra repayments, this is a great way to beat banks daily intrest calcs.
